Hmm have you tried this yourself, seems like the money was made $7 at a time selling the ebook... but the blurb makes good sense, that you don't worry about a few dollars as much as a bigger price... on that note, I am tempted to spend the $7 on this report just out of curiosity!! (4* ;-) )
