7 Quart Crock Pot

Here's a great Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings recipe for your 7 quart programmable crock pot.

Here's what you need:

* 1 potato, peeled and chopped
* 3 carrots, sliced
* 1 onion, chopped
* 14 oz. can chicken broth
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
* 1/8 tsp. pepper
* 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2" pieces
* 9 oz. pkg. frozen baby peas
* 1 10oz can of buttermilk biscuits

Here's what you do:

Throw everything in the your 7 Quart Crockpot. You can even use frozen chicken. (except the peas and biscuits)

Stir it up and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Stir in the peas and turn it to high for 20 minutes.

Your soup should be boiling well by now. Take out each biscuit and cut into fourths.

Drop each piece into the crockpot ~ touching is fine ~ cover and cook for another 20 minutes.

Here's a killer Pot Roast Crock Pot Recipe!

Here's what you need:

* 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
* 1 1/4 cups water
* 5 1/2 pounds pot roast
* a couple handfuls of carrots
* a couple potatoes quartered

Here's what you do:

Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water together it your 7 quart crockpot. Mix it up really well.

Pop the roast in the crock pot and cover it with the sauce. Add carrots and potatoes.

Cook on low for 6-9 hours.
