I'm a realtor here in Greenwood Village, CO. that specializes in working with Buyers & Sellers of Residential Homes, Investment Properties, Vacation Homes, Development properties, and Condos in and around Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills, Cherry Creek, Littleton, Englewood, and Denver as well as the neighborhoods of Hilltop, Crestmoor, Washington Park, Platt Park and others.
My goal with this page is to share my personal take on living and working in and around Greenwood Village, CO, and to give you a place to sound off on your favorite places around town, too.
So first, here's a little about me: Casey Miller is a 5th Generation Colorado Native and Active Member of the Denver Board of Realtors as well as Trustee and Treasurer of the Metro Denver Realtor Foundation.
Casey grew up in Greenwood Village, and was fortunate to have lived next door to two of the Original Residents of the Village - His Grandparents.
Casey has always believed that Hard Work and Dedication are the Keys to Success.
He Graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Finance. Prior to joining the Kentwood Company, he was a licensed stockbroker, mutual fund accountant and small business owner.
A Colorado Resident Throughout his Life - Casey Knows Colorado! He works with buyers and sellers throughout the state, but more specifically within Denver, Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills and Elsewhere.
Whether you are Buying or Selling, Casey is Dedicated to Your Success. He consistently goes the extra mile, and promises to go above and beyond for you! He believes that referrals are the best way to build a business, and thus works very hard to ensure that you have a pleasant buying or selling experience. He strives to build your confidence through results, so that you'll insist on using him again in the future and feel absolutely comfortable referring him to friends and family.
His network of contacts and excellent computer skills enhance his ability to find you the property you've always dreamed of, or to market your home to the world to get you top dollar when listing your property.
Casey's interests outside of real estate include ice hockey, skiing, snowshoeing, biking, fishing, camping and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
Greenwood Village is one of the best places in Colorado to Live Well and Raise a Family...take it from a 3rd Generation GV Native (and 5th Generation Colorado Native)!
Do you work or live in Littleton? Have an event coming up, a new product, a new opening, or just something worth talking about? Feel free to post a link to help get the word out. Shout out for our favorite local businesses!

Fetching blurbs now... please stand byThis is my Take on Greenwood Village:
As one of the region's most desirable and prestigious communities, Greenwood Village knows few rivals. Originally a quaint collection of orchards, dairies, farms, and gravel roads, the Village still exudes a charming country ambiance in the form of an extensive system of interlacing parks, greenbelts, parkways, and biking, hiking, and equestrian trails.
Proudly focused on a vibrant, progressive lifestyle, Greenwood Village boasts an ideal location, robust economy, and nationally renowned school districts -- both the Cherry Creek and Littleton districts have higher than average ACT and SAT scores.
Besides the views, highlights along the 40 miles of trails that wind through the Village are frequent wildlife sightings, waterways, remnants of historic structures, and colorful gardens.
For the more athletically inclined, Greenwood trails connect with a regional network reaching to Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir, the South Platte Valley, Chatfield Reservoir, and beyond.
A focus of Village cultural life is the renovated 1914 schoolhouse of the Curtis Arts and Humanities Center. Programs and workshops emphasize fine arts and bookmaking, music, Arts in Schools, and Senior Stretch-and-Tone classes.
Another cultural icon, the Koelbel Public Library, located across from the Preserve, offers an extensive collection of books, periodicals, and videos together with an art gallery, espresso bar, and used-book store.
Among the award-winning events hosted by the Greenwood Park, Trails, and Recreation Department exclusively for residents is Greenwood Village Day: hands-on art activities, interactive games, and live stage shows for young and old alike.
Adult softball, volleyball, and basketball leagues run throughout the summer. And golfers will have little difficulty finding a set of links to match their game starting with championship-level courses at Lone Tree, Glenmoor Country Club, South Suburban Golf Course, and exclusive Cherry Hills Country Club.
Detached, single-family luxury homes priced from the high 300s to well over $5 million and an intriguing array of exclusive neighborhoods feature inspiring views of the Front Range mountains, Downtown Denver, and landscaped greenbelts.
Thanks!
Casey
Meanwhile, discerning diners are certain to delight in the area's superb selection of fine restaurants: Venice, Il Forniao, Morton's, Del Frisco's, and Ventura Grill, just to name a few, while stay-at-home gourmets can select from the huge variety of fresh ingredients available at Tony's Specialty Foods, Whole Foods Market, and the gourmet King Soopers at Orchard Plaza.
Crossed by I-25 and the new Southeast Corridor Light Rail line not far from junctions with E-470 and I-225, Greenwood Village enjoys quick commutes to just about anywhere in the metro area, the mountains, and DIA. Busy executives will appreciate knowing that it's also not far to Centennial Airport.
