Hi, I'm Chris Shouse!

I'm a realtor here in Las Vegas, NV specializing in Buying, Selling, Condos, Residential, and Investment Properties.

My goal with this page is to share my personal take on living and working in Las Vegas, NV, and to give you a place to sound off on your favorite places around town, too.

So first, here's a little about me:
I consider myself to be a buyers agent as I work mostly with buyers.I do take listings from time to time when a past client calls or my buyer has a home to sell. I am SRES qualified and actually live in Sun City Summerlin. I have 8 years experience , but I never stop learning and growing. I am also an e-Pro and a certified Summerlin Specialist
