Now I know that I may be putting 'the cart before the horse' as the saying goes.

What you see here is an article on one of my investment deals I took on during my first year as an investor - that again was put together simply from the use of a computer and little time, none of my own credit, or money - which was purchased at 24 cents on the dollar!

Obviously, this didn't happen overnight. After all, it should take a number of flights to personally visit the property, and then you should have years and years of real estate experience to become a real estate developer, shouldn't it?

Wrong.

I'll give you a simple secret here that would hold 99% of the 'average' investors out there from getting involved in this type of deal - it's called "Leverage" and I'm not speaking about the financing kind.

What I mean is to act as a business leader, and recruit the best talent, and syndicate your efforts.

But if you don't do that properly, your house of cards will come tumbling down on you faster than a rock dropped out a second story window. However, I'm getting a bit ahead of myself, so I'll revisit this in more detail later along with some helpful steps you can use yourself to prevent that from happening.
Let's back track a moment and show you a few of my deals to prove a bit more to you that I know what I'm talking about, how I was able to utilize partners to generate $3.2 Million in cash and equity in 93 days, and how I'm positive that by following the exact same approach, that you can do the same thing.
