Buying a Trampoline

If you're looking to get a new trampoline for the kids, then you should consider one with a enclosure, they are much safer and should your children get too excited they should end up bouncing off the netting instead of the floor! Depending on the space you've got you could go for an 8ft trampoline with enclosure or even a 10ft trampoline with enclosure. There are larger trampolines, it all depends whether you're keeping it outside or not.

The great thing about trampolines is the known physical benefits, such as balance, stamina, ruled that improvements the action speed and a great sense of coordination basically trampolining is a great and fun way of you kids to get fit!

Safety First!  

If you are about to already purchased a trampoline here's a few safety tips to keep in mind.

No children aged six should be allowed on trampolines.

Adult supervision is THE most important safety measure, kids always find new ways of injuring themselves on trampolines so constant supervision is a must.

Don't allow your kids to do somersaults or any sort of gymnastics, landing awkwardly maybe on the neck or head could cause paralysis.

As stated above you should have some sort of enclosure or netting which will help prevent falls on injuries.

The trampoline should be covered with plenty of padding over the spring, hooks or basically any metal part would cause injury.

Keep it to one child at a time, the more children bouncing on the trampoline, the more chance of injury, it is common for kids to collide with each other.
