    When I was a kid in the 60s, my uncle opened The Pancake House restaurant in my hometown. I've been hooked on pancakes since then. This is a fun lens! All the best.

    My husband remodeled our kitchen just so he could have a stove with a griddle for making pancakes. He loves to make them for the grandkids.

    Oh I am so hungry for pancakes. My favorite recipe is chocolate chocolate chip pancakes from the Joy of Cooking. I make them every Sunday but you have some fantastic recipes I want to try.

    Pancakes are such a great food that you can put almost anything with them. You've given me even more ideas. Adding this to my pancake lens. Yum! The more ways we can make them the better I say :)

    Well, obviously I will need pancakes today! Pancakes and waffles have always been my favorite anytime food. I especially love to make pancakes when I am camping. There is just something so totally right about pancakes, bacon, and coffee aromas wafting up from the campsite. Thanks for all of these tasty resources. What an excellent web page. Blessed!

    My husband calls me "Queen of Pancakes". My speciality is pancakes with potato, courgette & butternut. I grind them so my son can have more nutritients than plain flour

    I prefer my pancakes with lemon juice and sugar, perfect. Pancakes are so quick to make and go with just about anything, you certainly have made me hungry with this delicious looking lens. So many great recipes and ideas, I'll be back more than once.

    I remember visiting a dutch community in Northern California where I ate my first Ebelskiver. Purchase the Ebelskiver pan there and from that day on, they have always been my favorite pancake! Easy to stuff with yummy fruits!

    I can only make one good pancake. Not one type of pancake. ONE Pancake. The first one comes out great...all the rest are messed up. Clearly I am doing something wrong.

    My sister-in-law shared a recipe for Danish pancakes made with buttermilk, butter and eggs. They were thin like crepes, but rich and only one or two small ones would fill you up.

    Gosh, Kim took the words right OUT of my MOUTH. German potato pancakes are probably my favorite coming from an ethnic background of Eastern European cooking. I think Jenny Craig needs to include more pancakes in their breakfasts. Hear hear! 5*****
