They are trying to raise $170 Million for the Memorial to be completed in 2009.

I just read the greatest tribute to the heroes of September 11 - Touching History: The Untold Stories of the Drama that Unfolded in the Skies over American on 9-11. At last, some real investigative journalism (by an airline pilot??) that put it all together. It made me incredibly proud to be an American.
