Hi, I'm Rob McQuade!
My goal with this page is to share my personal take on living and working in Sacramento and to give you a place to sound off on your favorite places around town, too.
So first, here's a little about me: I'm a fourth-generation Sacramentan and I joined McMartin Realty, a local boutique brokerage located in the heart of Midtown, in 2003. Since then, I've worked to build an amazing team of residential, commercial, and investment specialists who know Sacramento's central city like nobody else.
I'd love to hear from you!

I love the old city!
Sacramento's older neighborhoods offer the richness of city living and the beauty of tree-lined streets... Livable, walkable, active, vibrant, beautiful!

Do you work or live in Sacramento? Have an event coming up, a new product, a new opening, or just something worth talking about? Feel free to post a link to help get the word out. Shout out for our favorite local businesses!
Sound off: Should we build UP in Midtown??
Here's what I think: Developers can build taller projects that fit the feel of the neighborhood without destroying the small-town fabric--and you could get a lot of cool new neighbors!
Should we build UP in Midtown?

An abundance of mid-rise projects would be nice. So you don't feel like your in an urban canyon, but there's still enough density to support a lot of pedestrian-friendly commerce.
