How to Plan A Garden Party

Create your own one of a kind Garden Party. You may have any type you wish. Make it a back yard party, a Hawaiian Luau, a block party, a porch or deck party including your Container Garden, a Beach Party, a Floral Party, you design whatever you want and be sure to make it lots of fun

When planning any party for kids, be sure to consider having your party outside. With excited children running and playing - outside is much - much less stressful on moms.

Make sure you have have plenty of room for kids to play, and be sure to have lots of great activities planned. Kids generally have excessive energy that explodes at an exciting party - which is why it is so much better outside.

An outside Garden Party is naturally best.

And just look at how color helps make it more festive! (As shown in the picture) Color may be added to the tables, with flowers, colorful flags and of course balloons. Balloons are a natural for kids - as well as those that are kids at heart.

There are so many kids themed parties that you could have. What theme you ask? Take a cue from the kids you want to please, what do they love?

Some little boys love cars, so a car theme would work. What if your little guys love caped crusaders. Then that is the theme of choice.

Lovely little ladies sometimes want to be a princess, so create a lovely kingdom and make your little princess a princess for a day - with everyone part of her court. And don't forget the royal sceptre (or scepter in English).

With kids parties a great idea (and it also helps to settle the sugared up kids - down too) is to read a story. Okay, I got this idea from one of my favorite movies, You've Got Mail with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. But one of my favorite parts is when Joe (Tom) comes into Kathleen's Children book store with this two little family members and Meg Ryan, I mean Kathleen is wearing a magician's hat. She is siting with all the kids clustered around her reading a story. Just make sure the story is theme based-WOW! What fun!!

Just take their interests to heart, and you will have the absolute best hit - for your child's party.

Don't forget to have lots of fun yourself - while giving the kids a fantastic day! After all aren't we all kids at heart?

You may have it in the back yard, or if you have a large porch or deck, do the table setting there.

If it's a block party, invite all the neighborhood kids to help decorate-and go for a theme. For a block party, get permission from the police to block off the street.

Then everyone can help with the food, drinks and ice. This one will probably take a while to plan.

You may make lovely Block Garden Party invitations on your computer, make or purchase them. The kids will probably love getting involved with decorations and by inviting the entire neighborhood.

You may have your Garden Party at a park to take advantage of picnic tables and park swings for the kids, a baseball diamond or volley ball courts, etc. Get the idea?

You may have it at a Beach, if you have one available.

You may have a Campsite Party, just rent it for the night, and you have your picnic tables, and electricity-to string up lights for great atmosphere, with bathrooms and running water close by. You also have plenty of room for the kids to play, ride bikes, play with scooters or skateboards.

That pretty much depends on where you plan on having yours-as different places have different amenities, and think about what you enjoy doing.

At a campground, you may have swimming, as was mentioned you could bring the kids bikes so they can bike ride. You may want to set up a volley ball court to play a great volley ball tournament, or you might want to have the last feature a bonfire. Bonfires encourage gathering and visiting while the fire crackles and sizzles.

Whatever activities you prefer may help you decide on your location.

Wellness encompasses lots of different things, including getting outside, having fun and wholesome recreation with friends and family.

For the food part of the party, lets make it healthy and light. We want people to feel great, while having a good time.

Yes, kids would love this type of food, but, so would adults.
