How to Quit Drinking without AA: A Complete Self-Help Guide, 2nd Edition
The AA approach to attaining sobriety is not the only one that works and it may not be for you. This book suggests alternative strategies and is well reviewed. It is not anti-AA, merely suggesting other ways.
