- Thank you so much for stopping by. Although this type of brain research has been available for almost 20 years, it is just now filtering down to the general population. I truly believe that we all could benefit from this new brain information.

- Having been diagnosed with a low level of ADD (a symptom of my OCD and anxiety/panic disorder) I don't believe kids (or adults for that matter) should immediately be put on drugs to "fix" the problem. Alternative therapies should be tried first, with medication either a last resort or when the patient has a severe case in which medicine helps stabilize them. Great lens!

- I wholeheartedly agree with you, and that is why I have such respect for Dr. Amen and his work, for he usually suggests natural remedies first, and drugs as a last ditch stand. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and do the polls. It is greatly appreciated.
