and can assure you the The Christmas Story is a copulation of at least 6 short stories wriiten by Jean Shepard and published in Playboy back in the 60s ;
Next time you watch the movie, look for the guy in the grey hat
and black coat , that tells Ralphy where the end of the line is.
Thats the author Mr. Jean Shepard in a cameo appearance.

- I haven't seen this movie in a few years, but it used to be a tradition. With younger kids around, we'll have to wait a few years before we make it a tradition again.
