I recently purchased the Ab Circle Pro and have been using it for less than a month. In that short amount of time I was able to lose 10 pounds and several inches from my waistline. Best of all I was able to get rid of some of that ugly belly fat that's been bothering me for years! I credit much of my fitness success to working out on my Ab Circle Pro at least 4 times a week. Below is a quick review of this unique exercise product from a real customer...

Ab Circle Pro "Pros"

1. It's Fun! -- I've used several different types of exercise machines (including several "abdominal" machines) and I can honestly say that the Ab Circle Pro is the most "fun" to use. It's one of the only workouts I actually look forward to doing!

2. Easy to Use -- Once you get used to the unique motion, the Ab Circle Pro is super easy to use. Just jump on it and bang out an effective 10 minute workout anytime you want.

3. Works the Abs While Burning Fat -- Most fitness machines either work the muscles (such as the abdominals and core muscles) or provide a fat-burning cardio workout. The Ab Circle Pro is one of the few pieces of equipment I've seen that does both things well.

Ab Circle Pro Cons

1. Takes Time to Get Used To -- The first few times I used it, I felt kind of awkward and silly. But by the 3rd or 4th session I had gotten used to the unique swinging motion. I've heard that alot of times it has to do with a person's body type. I'm an average sized woman, about 5' 4'' and I was able to learn quickly. But a much taller or much shorter person, or a person with very long legs or arms, may have more difficulty.

2. Some Knee Pain -- The knee pads definitely need some more padding. The hard rubber pads kill yours knees if you don't add another layer or protection. I bought some soft "gardening" knee pads at Target and now I have no problem at all using the product.

3. Some Cheap Plastic -- Some of the plastic parts on the Ab Circle Pro seem rather flimsy. I would prefer a more heavy-duty type of plastic on the machine (of course then it would probably be a lot more expensive!).

By using this great machine, walking 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, and eating a healthy diet based around whole foods I was able to lose 10 pounds in a little less than a month. If you want similar fitness results I suggest taking a good look at the Ab Circle Pro!
