When you place it against your back, make sure your back is flat against it. You don't want to be over curving your back. This can help get you to understand what it feels like to stand properly. Now squat down just a little bit, bending your knees slightly and lean over! Let your arms hang down. You're good to go!
How's your grip on your womens golf club, and what do your hands look like? Are you starting with good habits? Are your hands in posited properly?
