How Did I Lose All this Weight In Two Weeks? I Didn't!

These diet blogs you see all the time are kind of a disease that people just have no immunity to. When they see fake blogs they can't discern whether or not they are real - even though they are total informercials!

I want to expose this garbage for what it is so you can learn how you can avoid them - and stay healthy while dieting in the process.

And best of all, I'll never tell you to buy any fad thing. EVER.

Wait, Those Blogs Aren't Real?

No Virginia, There Are No Miracle Diets

A popular diet, like Acai Berry Pills, is not necessarily a safe diet, and the line blurs between blogs and advertisements. There are always miracle cure diets that spring from an amazing rediscovery of ancient medicine promising to burn off 25 lbs in 2 weeks. When you see this, know you are looking at a scam. These fad diets are not endorsed by doctors or nutritionists, they are endorsed by celebrities and diet blogs.

What Do Doctors Say?

Never Lose So Much Weight So Fast!

No doctor would tell you to try to lose so much weight in that amount of time, because the diets that promise instant weight loss aren't burning fat. These fad diets rely on a few tricks: stimulants, diuretics and laxatives. The latest craze has been over diuretics and laxatives like Acai Berry; because it is possible to lose 5 lbs in 2 days. Of course it isn't fat you're losing, its water and the contents of your colon (which was probably doing just fine before that). Using these products "as directed" can physically injure you as well as waste your time and money.

Speaking of direction, when you see a diet blog giving you the road map to weight loss, this is not a medical professional. In fact, the person you see instructing you on how to perform their home-brew diet is usually not even a real person. There is no "honesty in advertising" standard applied to the internet. What you are seeing is more like a commercial where an actor is telling you what to do. Speaking of that, celebrities are often paid to endorse diet products or receive royalties on their sales.

What About The Scam Exposer Web Sites?

More Often Than Not, They Are Scamming You Too!

A huge number of articles and web sites are appearing on the net today about how people are being scammed with Acai Berry products - but then they claim to have found the *only* one that isn't a scam.

More often than not, that very product is another scammer. And worse yet, it is probably just as unsafe as every other one. These people are leading you on by claiming to have been burned themselves and instead want to show you the one real one. Don't believe them!
