Chocolate Therapy

Chocolate Therapy

Do you say that you don't have time to meditate? I have a moving meditation for you that I bet you have time for. It is a meditation you can do in the time it takes to eat a piece of chocolate. It is a meditation that I truly believe you will want to do over and over again. It involves a simple ritual that you can perform almost anywhere. All you need is a piece of chocolate.

I think about my maternal relatives. My great grandmother was born on that day and I took her name and her daughter's name when I changed myself. Granny was a social worker and Roachie a poet, so whispering aloha to the healing power of poetry and its heart healing.

Beautiful lens! Especially love #9. This year I want to do more random acts of kindness with art and was thinking along this line. Great idea! I might try the Celtic Knot necklace too, never done knotting before. Really love your lens.
