AdSurfDaily, Andy Bowdoin Investigation: Unanswered Questions

Thursday, August 14, 2008

Thirteen days ago, on Aug. 1, a message suggesting ASD Cash Generator was under investigation by the office of U.S. Attorney Jeffrey A. Taylor began to appear on ASD's website. Taylor and the U.S. Secret Service announced Aug. 5 that $53 million and two homes had been seized from ASD President T. "Andy" Bowdoin.

Two days ago, Bowdoin, 74, compared the government's action to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, describing events as the work of "Satan," ASD members said.

ASD positions itself as a modern, Internet-based communications company that provides a professional advertising service. If this is the case, ASD this week perhaps became the first professional advertising service in history to evoke "Satan" to explain away problems with prosecutors.

AdSurfDaily is headquartered in Quincy, Fla. The town at first championed the business and Bowdoin. ASD meant jobs for Quincy.

But when troubling questions about the firm came to the attention of the Gadsden County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber called the FBI, according to the federal forfeiture complaint filed last week in Washington, D.C.

The Chamber's understandable concern was whether ASD was "legitimate." The question was fair, as were questions raised by ASD participants in Florida, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New York. At least five ASD participants contacted the FBI's Internet Crime Center, according to the federal complaint.

Perhaps the most troubling question of all is why a core group of ASD participants seems so unwilling to shine a light on ASD. Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and yet some ASD participants seem to prefer a strategy that keeps ASD hidden in the shadows, free to evoke the devil -- I mean, the devil, as in Lucifer -- to further cloud the issues.

This is a professional advertising service? This is the company that created a next-generation advertising service? This is the firm that will create wealth and a new generation of millionaires who amass their fortunes by clicking on ads in a rotator every 15 seconds?

The man evoking Satan and inspiring ASD participants by saying "God be for us" is the same man prosecutors said ran two securities schemes in Alabama a decade ago. Andy Bowdoin paid $90,000 in restitution in those cases, prosecutors said.

In one of the cases, he avoided a prison sentence by agreeing to pay restitution and to submit to three years' supervised probation, prosecutors said.

What were the alleged crimes? Selling unregistered securities, the same thing prosecutors said he was doing with AdSurfDaily. ASD members have sent Bowdoin tens of millions of dollars. To date he hasn't publicly acknowledged his alleged criminal past. His explanation for ASD's problems is that the devil is pulling the strings.

What about all those jobs in Quincy? Where are dozens of ASD employees going to work now, when the U.S. economy is shedding jobs and gasoline is $4 a gallon?

So much for being Quincy's savior.

Given that millions and millions of dollars are at stake and numerous reports that some ASD participants have funneled their life savings and retirement income to the program, here are some fair questions:

* Does Andy Bowdoin have a criminal record for securities violations or does the government have it wrong?
* What websites are retirees, for example, advertising in ASD's rotator if they no longer work or run businesses?
* How can ASD possibly be of any benefit to people -- regardless of their age or financial standing -- if they do not have a legitimate business to advertise?
* Is it possible that's ASD's real product isn't advertising -- but instead is the promise (or suggestion) of a financial return?
* Why can't a company that bills itself a professional, Internet-based advertising service keep a website from which people paid to display advertising up and running?
* How is a gardener in Peoria going to get any business from website visitors who are being paid to view his advertisement when those visitors aren't targeted and perhaps hail from Pittsburgh or Los Angeles or Rome or Mexico City?
* Why was a "Medal of Distinction" -- attainable by making a donation to the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) -- presented as an ASD business achievement?
* Why was the name of the President of the United States and the Vice President of the United States used in ASD promotions if the only requirement to receive the "Medal of Distinction" was to make a financial contribution to NRCC?
* Was there an attempt to trade off the prestige of the highest elected office in the United States, to plant the seed that the President himself thought Bowdoin's business career worthy of praise?
* Given that Bowdoin's name appears in Federal Election Commission records as a recent NRCC donor and that ASD now is alleged to be a Ponzi scheme, is it possible that the donations NRCC received from Bowdoin came from the proceeds of a Ponzi?
* Should NRCC contact federal prosecutors, return the money and rescind the "Medal of Distinction?"
* Did ASD or its members sanction click fraud against Google as a means of creating a new revenue stream?
* Was a website known as ASDOfferUniverse.com associated with ASD? Did it sanction click fraud against Google and its advertisers?
* Who are the major "corporate" sponsors that partnered or are partnering with ASD to create new revenue streams?
* Is it possible to get paid by ASD and still not view ads -- perhaps by shrinking the browser window and clicking only on the prompt that shows it's time for another ad to load?
* If it is possible to get paid without actually viewing ads, what possible value does the program have to advertisers -- other than the opportunity to become a member of a rebate pool?
* Why all the references to God? Is it possible that ASD was targeting people of faith and trading on their genuine religious convictions to keep new money flowing into the company?
* If a Christian raises questions about ASD's business model, is he or she less of a Christian than Christians who do not raise questions?
* Why the public threats to sue critics?
* Did ASD or Golden Panda Ad Builder participants try to intimidate a Georgia newspaper into not publishing content about Ponzi schemes?
* If so, what were the members' motivations?
* What do these words from Andy Bowdoin mean? Bringing "the legal hammer down on people that need it?"
* What is the "legal hammer?" Who are the people who "need it" to be brought down upon themselves?
* Why would a professional advertising company ever use such ugly, thuggish words?
* Was $750,000 set aside to pay a law firm to help ASD navigate legal challenges?
* If so, what was the source of those funds? Are they at risk of seizure? Have they already been paid to a law firm? What happens if prosecutors try to seize back the funds? How will legal bills be paid?
* Did Andy Bowdoin, whom prosecutors alleged purchased homes in South Carolina and Florida using ASD proceeds, pay cash for the homes or take out traditional mortgages?
* Is it true -- as prosecutors allege -- that ASD proceeds were used to acquire $51,000 in jewelry on a single day?
* Is it true -- as prosecutors allege -- that a bank previously closed at least one Bowdoin account independent of the investigation because it feared the proceeds in the account were part of a Ponzi scheme?
* If so, did Bowdoin advise ASD participants of that account closure and the reasons cited for the closure?
* Is it true that Bowdoin provided the seed money for Golden Panda Ad Builder to begin operations?
* If so, where did the seed capital originate? Did the money come from ASD members who paid to have ads rotated on ASD?
* What was Bowdoin's role in Golden Panda?
* Would Golden Panda not be an ASD competitor if it offered a service equivalent to ASD's existing service?
* Could Golden Panda dilute ASD's profits if it was operating an equivalent business model in the same competitive arena as ASD?
* Is it common business practice to fund an upstart company that could emerge as a competitor and a drain on profits?
* How many Golden Panda members also are members of ASD?
* How did Andy Bowdoin and ASD President Clarence Busby meet?
* Was Bowdoin aware of Busby's alleged prior involvement in an investment scheme?
* Was Busby aware of Bowdoin's alleged prior involvement in investment schemes?
* What ASD resources made a seed-capital payment to Golden Panda possible?
* Why did Bowdoin remove himself from the ownership structure of Golden Panda?
* Has ASD created any millionaires? If so, how were they paid?
* If the government demonstrates that ASD is a Ponzi as alleged, what happens to the money already paid to the program's biggest recruiters and most prolific ad purchasers? Is it at risk of seizure? What happens if the money already has been spent?
* Are Bowdoin and the top stakeholders' legal interests the same?
* Do newer members of ASD have the same legal interests as Bowdoin?
* Do some ASD members actually believe they'll elicit understanding from the general public by railing against prosecutors and suggesting the situation that confronts them is "30 times worse" that the 9/11 terrorist attacks?
* Do some ASD members actually believe the media is conspiring with prosecutors to destroy the ASD business model -- and that the ASD members themselves are the only ones who possibly could understand the issues?
* Satan? Nazi thugs? Government lackeys? All of these people are conspiring against ASD?

"AUGUST 14 2008 People You Are Throwing Your Money Away"
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE Friedman and Feiger
Call AUGUST 13TH at 9:30pm EST

Bob Gunther and attorney Larry Friedman with the law firm Friedman and Feiger out of Dallas, Texas held a teleconference with AdSurfDaily members Wednesday night.
The firm has taken on representing the members of ASD against the U.S. and state Attorney's General. This comes about after ASD was raided by the secret service.
Friedman said there is a fund set up at a bank in Dallas to help the members fight the government.
Friedman said the firm is accumulating evidence from ASD members, including the amount of money they invested, the amount of money they believe they've earned, and any checks that they may have sent in that have not yet been cashed. Friedman said his law firm needs information from ASD owner Andy Bowdoin to help move the members' case forward.
Friedman said the "main crunch" to this effort is to make sure the money gets back to the members. The feds seized 53 millions dollars when they raided the Internet company last week, but Friedman told those listening in on the teleconference that the money appears to still be in a Bank of America account, with oversight from the government, rather than in the U.S. treasury as some had suspected.
Friedman said that he would not be talking strategy for the case on an "open line like this," but he did thank those listening, saying ASD members have been helpful, responsive and supportive.
So far, Friedman said $30,000 has been collected for the case, but he also said that donations are still being accepted.
Gunther finished the call by saying that Friedman and Feiger got involved in the case because it wants to try to protect ASD members instead of having them wait for Bowdoin and his attorney's to do something.
Another conference call is scheduled for Saturday, although a time and number were not given out tonight.
Friedman gave out the firm's website and his email address for anyone who wants or needs to contact him. You can contact Friedman at LFriedman@fflawoffice.com. You can also visit the link below.

QUOTE: I find this members of ASD lawsuit quite fascinating. Now Andy has declared he is innocent and ASD was not operating illegally. Let's assume the members case goes forward and a judge rules before the outcome of the ASD case has been given. Let's also assume that ASD is found not guilty of running a Ponzi. Now, ASD can now sue the members to return ASD's money (remember 50% is ASD's). By the time all the the lawsuits are done, no-one has any money left. So even by ASD being found not guilty, it is destroyed as a company because of the members lawsuit.

What happens if Andy does not cooperate with this law firm? They said they had to get Andy's assistance, and I don't see his attorney's letting him help them at all. I think Andy would be a fool if he did try to help them. It could also make his case weaker in doing so.

Besides the Feds, you also have the State of Florida in all of this. But if these people want to throw away good money they think will make them feel better, I say let them go for it.

Religion can be a touchy subject, but here it goes anyways. ASD have been using religion a lot. God, Andy and now this lawyer will save the day.

"According to Jesus, the final days of this age would be marked by "Deception!"
"The truth will make you free and keep you from error IF you love it; IF you abide in it; even if it contradicts your favorite personality preacher!"

"They "ALLURE through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness." (2 Pet 2:18)"

"The devil's mission is not just to deceive people who are already deceived, but to deceive people who are of the truth, and God will permit it! God will allow us to be tested. "

Quote: Not going to get into a religious philosophical discussion with you about God being real or imaginary; but He does answer prayer. Our problem is we don't always like His answer. He is not like going through a drive through where you place your order (your prayer) at the first window, and then you drive up to the second window to receive your order (your answered prayer). There are medical miracles that Doctors have said medicine did not have anything to do with the cure. This is just one example, but I can provide others. I have seen answered prayer too. Just because I pray for something and it does not happen does not prove God is imaginary. Many times looking back I am thankful that God did not grant me my prayer. So while he did not answer it the way I wanted at the time, He did answer my prayer. I just didn't like his answer. Now back on topic.

"UPDATE Part 2 AUGUST 13 2008 Lies....lies....lies"

QUOTE: Lies....lies....lies

How many more lies will these people listen to?

ASD is not a ponzi
Andy just hung himself on that call by admitting that he had enough cash to fill the cash out but no word on the paper balances owed to members. Clearly not enough in the coffers. He had to continue to rob peter to pay paul.

He is a great businessman
He's a convicted felon for securities fraud.

His name
Is Thomas A. Bowdoin, Jr. and calls himself Andy. If he called himself Thomas A. Bowdoin, Jr. and you did due dilligence on him, you would have found his conviction record.

Has big advertisers coming on board.
Never had them, never will. If he can't keep a server running for a few thousand members, how in the world can he handle 'big' advertisers.

Server Problems
Probably more like cash flow problems.

Millions in a "safe place"
Millions in an offshore account in his peronal name.

Business is incorporated in Nevada
Every bank account is in Thomas A. Bowdoin, Jr. personal name. No Corporate banks.

Medal of distinction
A token for a large cash contribution.

Faye said an agent followed them around in Miami when she was going through jewelry stores, but she doesn't remember buying anything and if she did it might have been a pair of earrings for a buck or so.
Bowdoin used ASD money to purchase $51,000 worth of jewerly in one day.
(Not to mention Faye knew an agent was following her. Maybe that's why money started moving offshore.)

ASD is going to beat this and ASD will prevail.
Yeah. Right.

Andy needs to string his followers along. His legal strategy is to have his followers bombard the government with complaints, lawsuits and testimonies. This strategy will fail. It will not be a viable defense against the facts about his case and his business model which is a ponzi scheme. Those are the facts. It doesn't matter if you have 1 million satisfied 'customers'. His business model is illegal.

The followers who are filing a lawsuit against the government will end up paying the lawyers (who are charging by the hour) a ton of money and will get nothing because the government will win their lawsuit so the ASD followers lawsuit will be without merit.

QUOTE: After discussing the ASD situation with a Calif. AG attorney, I was offered two possible outcomes with the ASD suits:

1. ASD is found to be a legal entity and may or may not be required to adopt government restrictions to their operations to continue.

2. ASD is found to be an illegal entity and ALL who have removed funds from ASD will be required to REPLACE them or face prosecution. Monies would be dispersed back to the members.

The goverment seizure was to protect innocent people from losing their money. They DO NOT want to take the life savings from elderly people trying to supplement their social security with ASD. (bad press, Enron, Worldcom)

Your money is being PROTECTED. These funds are not the ill-gotten gains of drug-smugglers thereby available for government use. They are aware that these are average citizens hoping to better their lives even if we were misinformed.

I believe it is BEST to let the AG do their job, which is to protect the interests of its citizens. To hire law-suit attorneys at this point is way premature and will only delay and tie-up these funds for years. (and create long-term business for some law firm)

QUOTE: Ok here are "my" facts:

-Didn't have a website to promote but my sponsor didn't seem to care
-It was sold to me as a pure investment but was told not to call it an invesment
-My sponsor had no website he could advertise - so why was he purcashing ad packages???
-I know that some of the other members my sponsor recruited didn't even have computers or were having problems with them - and yes, no website either
-My sponsors were even paying someone to surf (view ads) for them
-The one hired to view sites could no way buy anything!! Believe me - and just to keep this straight, the "viewer" was not an ASD member

Uncle Andy must have incompetent and inept legal counsel that keeps allowing him to bury himself deeper and deeper with these convoluted conference calls.

QUOTE: It looks as though Andy completely enveloped in a bubble of denial, and truly and sincerely believes in the mixed-up rubbish he's now presenting to the ASD membership. Unfortunately, and tragically, many of them are going to follow him to their predictable demise.

Classic "cult of personality" (not as extreme as the big ones in modern history)... Fascinating story and fodder for sensation, at the moment; but, he'll soon fade off to oblivion, after he's locked up.

QUOTE FROM UNCLE ANDY THAT HAS MANY OUTRAGED:
In the past few days I've had time to think about our situation. It kind of reminds me of 9/11. Now you might say how in the world does it remind you of 9/11? Well on 9/11 about 3500 families lost their key money earner in their family. But on Friday August 1st we had a 9/11 but it was about 30 times worse. We had over 100,000 families lose their source of income. Now I know death is a lot worse, and that might be a bad comparison. But it goes to show what happened then and what our government has created under the pretense of protecting the people and under the pretense of the home security act.

QUOTE: Uncle Andy must have incompetent and inept legal counsel that keeps allowing him to bury himself deeper and deeper with these convoluted conference calls.

It looks as though he's completely enveloped in a bubble of denial, and truly and sincerely believes in the mixed-up rubbish he's now presenting to the ASD membership. Unfortunately, and tragically, many of them are going to follow him to their predictable demise.

"AUGUST 13 2008 Looks like some of the ASD members are learning very well from Andy. ASD members hiring the law firm will be a disadvantage of the smaller members."

QUOTE: In short, the deal that some there seem to be promoting is that they'd retain this firm with $100,000 collected from the members. Their strategy appears to be to try to keep things from going into receivership, which if it happened (and likely will otherwise), would mean that you're into a CEP scenario with the receiver going after the big players.

So, the way that it works out is the big players would get the other members to help chip in and help pay for legal representation that would primarily benefit them versus the general membership. ; )

Overall, if successful, it would be to the disadvantage of the smaller members since they'd lose access to all of the funds/assets held by the big players and other insiders, which is where the vast majority of the money went. And they'd also have to pay the legal fees, and they'd still be in the position of receiving only a small percentage of whatever is left.

Great deal huh? lol

Oh, and this firm seems not to want to work on a contingency basis but rather would be paid over and above the $100K for services rendered as they go (which tends to imply that they aren't real confident.)

"AUGUST 11 2008 Indications that an attorney from Akerman Senterfit will be representing ASD"

QUOTE :There are indications that an attorney from Akerman Senterfitt will be representing ASD in the matter concerning the civil forfeiture complaint filed by the U.S. government.

It is possible that
Michael Fayad will be ASD's counsel. Mr. Fayad's bio at Akerman Senterfitt says he practices in the areas of government contracts, government investigations and white-collar crime. He formerly served as chief of the Defense Procurement Fraud Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice, according to his Akerman Senterfitt biography.

Note: I've read some speculation online that an arrest warrant has been issued in the ASD case because a certain phrase -- "Arrest In Rem" -- appeared on a government site that provides electronic access to court filings.

"Arrest in Rem," in essence, gives federal marshals the authority to "arrest" property -- money or real estate involved in a forfeiture complaint, for example. It does not mean a warrant to take any ASD executives into custody has been issued.
http://patrickpretty.com/blog.html

"This has been and always was all about the money."

QUOTE:Just an observation. As I have been reading the forums regarding ASD, the vast majority of those posting all pretty much have said the same things: Andy is an astute and successful businessman. He is a visionary. But the number one comment made about Andy was his being a man of integrity. Those of you on this forum, and the others have all made this your central theme as to why you joined ASD. Why if it wasn't for Andy's integrity, you would have never joined ASD. This was even being used in your solicitation E-mails. I know because here is just a portion of one that I received, and I quote:

"About the Owner... Every now and then someone develops a program that is truly advantageous for the entrepreneurial business industry. Ad Cash Generator is more than advantageous, it is a giant in it's infancy. It takes a true entrepreneur and visionary to analyze the market and based on that assessment, engineer a program from the ground up. The results of which, enable a business on or offline to advertise to thousands of people and also allows those advertisers to make back a rebate on every single advertising dollar.

Who is this visionary you may ask? His name is Andy Bowdoin. Andy has been in the forefront of many futuristic industries over his life time, such as bag cell phones and once the industry was deregulated Andy was at the lead with Pay Phone sales. In fact, he was even instrumental in developing a GPS solution for protecting women and children from sexual predators.

Owner Integrity is Important

A Quote Courtesy of Technology News demonstrates what a selfless and caring human being Andy truly is.

Bowdoin says, "We've studied the problem for a long time; it pains me to watch the news every night and see the horrific crimes committed against women and children. I decided to do something about it and our program is called Ion Technology%u2122.

Anytime I am looking at a business to participate in and build there are certain parameters that it must meet before I even consider investing my time or money in it. First and foremost, is the integrity of the business owner and Captain of the ship. I always investigate their background in as far as possible to make sure they have solid reputation in the business world.

Everything I read about Andy was positive. All of the personal recommendations were " He is the real deal". Not something you find easily in today's back biting networking arena."

Now if this is true, the only reason why you joined ASD in the first place was due to the "INTEGRITY" of Andy, then I find it strange that you are defending ASD and Andy. It has been proven he is no visionary, no astute businessman, no man of character, and certainly not a man of integrity. Without integrity, there is no reason to defend Andy and ASD since it was THE reason you all joined in the first place...wasn't it?

That only leaves one reason why you are defending Andy and ASD and it is greed. This has been and always was all about the money. Therein lies the problem with ASD, and it being a Ponzi. The product was getting paid for referrals, getting paid to click, and revenue sharing (investment). Advertising was just a byline product, not the main product. It was merely a means to an end. That is why the Feds and the State of Florida shut ASD down.

"AUGUST 10 2008 THERE IS NOTHING UNIQUE ABOUT ASD'S BUSINESS MODEL."

I know all you people who joined ASD believe this, but I hate to be the one to burst your bubble: THERE IS NOTHING UNIQUE ABOUT ASD'S BUSINESS MODEL. It's just a minor variation on the same model used by literally thousands of other ad surf programs. Just because you may not be familiar with them doesn't make it unique, nor because Andy said so. They're certainly not new to law enforcement and the courts.

For ASD to have been legal, they would have had to drop any offer of a return on investment. Also to drop any MLM basis, and tie it directly to sales of a product or service with real value. To do this would kill the Business Model of ASD as presented.

There are legal and financial requirements of running a real company. You do not co-mingle funds. The company's bank accounts are not the owner's personal bank accounts, I don't care what % of the company is owned or not; or how funds are distributed. You don't join forces with another business that its owner has also been found guilty of securities violations, and claim it too is a successful company which has the same shady past as you.

GreenBackStreet was formerly Shop4Zero.com, and was billed as a Money Back for Shopping program. They are owned by Pinnacle Communications International, Inc. (William "Bill" Levine). Pinnacle was sued in January 2007 by Source Inc. for patent infringement related to a Centralized Consumer Cash Value Accumulation System for Multiple Merchants, i.e. "loyalty/rebate system." GreenBackStreet was a mediocre shopping mall at best, and until ASD partnered with them, they were barely a blip on the radar of businesses on the Internet.

Does the term "Birds of a Feather" sound familiar?

"UPDATE AUGUST O8 2008 The Florida Attorney General's Office says people who feel they have been scammed by ASD should call is 1-866-966-7226 in Florida and 850-414-3990 for people who are out of state.

The Florida civil suit drafted by the Florida's Attorney General's office is going after the money used to invest in this scheme to be returned to original investors."

"Just wanted to suggest to all of you that invested with ASD recently, go to the bank and put a stop payment on your cashiers check or money order. They will give you your money back if it has not been cashed yet.

Quote:I was successful in stopping an official check. I got lucky to the tune of 3k. The bank can track it, it only takes 5 minutes and $25. I got my money back on the spot. I encourage EVERYONE to try this if you think there is a possibility it wasn't processed yet. Good luck."

August 07 2008 I have some questions that I think most ASD reps are wondering about.

QUOTE: 1) Does anyone know where Andy is?
Have heard Costsa Rica as well as Florida

2)Will ASD members that lost money get their money back?
If ASD is found to be a Ponzi, the court will appoint a receiver to recover assets and return as much to the members as possible. It will not be 100% on the dollar, but it will depend on how much money is recovered, how much they get for any asset sale, and less the receiver's bill.

3)Should ASD members that made money in this system come forward and return money they made in this system...
It would be nice of them if they did volunteer it to the appointed receiver. Still the receiver will go after them for the principal, as well as interest on any money they made whether volunteered or not. They could also be subject to fines

4)Why has CEO Juan Fernandez not been mentioned in any of the debates and Secret Sevice reports?
Not going to speculate without solid proof. When criminal charges

OH ! OH !

UPDATE JULY 25 2008

OH! OH!

QUOTE: For those of you who have poked holes in ASD and tried to warn their cheerleaders that this situation is no more than a glorified Ponzi scheme, you can rest easier. Be assured that the SEC and other appropriate authorities have been properly notified and are conducting a thorough investigation as we speak.

For those of you who naively just began participating in ASD, it would be prudent to withdraw as much of your initial "investment" as you can as soon as possible before the Hammer comes down or you will never see any of it again. If you leave it "invested", you will also be put on various future "watch" lists on which the earliest members of ASD have guaranteed themselves a place, and a highlighted one at that.

ASD is substantially the same type of "business" as phoenixsurf.com which got busted last year (do yourself a favor and google phoenixsurf.com and SEC). The same result is inevitable despite ASD's efforts to spin their activity into something else and misrepresent facts (such as Bowdoin starting numerous companies without mentioning that they all failed, and Garner being a SEC attorney, to which the SEC will not take too kindly).

The opinion of the proper authorities is what ultimately rules just like with the phoenixsurf.com ruling. It doesn't matter what the cheerleaders say here or what they say on the other ASD discussion sites. In fact, I'm sure that the proper authorities prefer the cheerleaders to continue posting and identifying themselves so that the roundup becomes more like shooting fish in a barrel.

It doesn't matter how much sugar you put on spoiled food; no matter how good it tastes as it goes down, it's still spoiled food and you will get food poisoning.

Consider yourselves warned.

The cheerleaders and ASD opponents may wish to copy my words and post them at the other ASD sites. It will be worth your effort if even a few naive lambs are prevented from being led to the slaughter.

Received a call from the GCC and the gentleman said that they had no comment concerning the information that ASD was saying came

With that said more HYPE!!

Quincy Making its Mark in Internet Advertising
The Gadsden County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Ad Surf Daily, Inc. chose Quincy, Florida as their corporate headquarters. Andy Bowdoin, Jr., the president and chief executive officer of ASD, and David Gardner, the Chamber's executive director, made the announcement July 2 during a morning presentation for the Chamber Board of Directors and the Gadsden County Economic Development Council.

"We started here," stated Bowdoin. "This is our home, and we plan to stay here."

"This company is already having a major impact on this community," said Gardner. "Hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and others are benefiting from this growth. We have people coming to Quincy from other areas of the United States and even a few foreign countries."

Gardner continued, "Florida's Great Northwest and Opportunity Florida have been instrumental in assisting ASD with the continued placement of their company in Quincy."

"We are elated that ASD has selected Quincy as their home and look forward to assisting them in their growth," said Andy Gay, the mayor of Quincy.

ASD is an internet advertising company designed to send anyone with a website marketing a product or service can advertise their website to thousands of prospective customers. Advertisers receive opportunities to earn rebates by viewing other websites for ten to fifteen minutes per day. These rebates can provide free promotions to all advertisers. In addition, ASD creates opportunities for increased sales revenue if the websites are attractive and the products or services are in demand.

"We believe we have assembled an outstanding management team and are positioned to become one of the largest internet advertising companies in the world," said Bowdoin.

Since Bowdoin and his wife, Faye, created the company in 2006, ASD has grown to sixty employees and predicts to employ over 150 by the end of the year. ASD is exploding with six months of advertising sales estimated at $40 million and almost 75,000 members in its network. Bowdoin expects sales in excess of $100 million in 2008.

"ASD, through its placement in Gadsden County, not only diversifies our industry sectors but creates the leverage needed to attract other businesses to the community because of their success," said Kimberly Moore, the chief executive officer for WORKFORCE plus. "It's a great testament to growing businesses in our own backyard."

"The impact created by ASD in Gadsden County will be significant in generating local revenue as well as creating much needed high wage employment opportunities," continued Moore. "This is a great step towards creating jobs that will allow local residents an opportunity to grow in a technologically based industry without leaving the community."

In June, Bowdoin was invited to Washington, D.C. by President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney to receive the Medal of Distinction, at the White House. The award was given to honor his contributions in business for over four decades.

Bowdoin started his sales career working with the Dale Carnegie Courses in the early sixties, and later worked with the Napoleon Hill Leadership Program. In addition to training thousands of sales people during his career and starting several companies, Bowdoin has expanded a 60 minute dry cleaning franchise throughout the Southeast and Midwest, developed a company that sold wireless communication franchises throughout the United States, and started a company to market credit card processing for merchants. In 1999, Bowdoin researched and discovered a need for GPS tracking for fleet vehicles and created GPS Tech.

Individuals interested in employment opportunities should contact WORKFORCE plus at . For additional information about ASD, please contact the Chamber at:

I have been to their site and I can not find anything concerning ASD or Captain Andy Bowdoin.

Quote: I have called the GCC and could not get any information concerning this latest spill from Andy. If one reads the spill you can see that it is another attempt by ASD to blow smoke up everyones butt. they have told so many lies that they can no longer keep them straight.

According to this latest they only have 60 employees and yet in an earlier spill they said that they had 100. Again we get the spill about the award and his other companies which if you will note is verbatim word for word what he has been giving to the cheerleaders.

I suggest that everyone that reads the article from Tulsa send it to their local newspaper, TV Stations, radio Stations and contact your Attorney General and if necessary fax a copy to them along with the link.

I sent a copy of the information I have collected to the reporter after I spoke to him on the phone and gave him permission to put it in print. As many of you know I am not afraid to take them on and if anyone else wants to quote me they can.

Quote:Finally received a call from the GCC and the gentleman (if you want to call him that) said that they had no comment concerning the information that ASD was saying came from them. I then asked him was ASD a member? Answer: no comment
end of conversation.

I immediately called the mayors office and asked for a comment from them concerning ASD and Andy Bowdoin. Answer was again no comment.

Does the word corruption come to mind???

THIS IS ONE MAN'S STORY:

THIS IS ONE MAN'S STORY:

I DON'T EVEN THINK THAT THE PEOPLE THAT ARE PROMOTING THIS PONZI CARE. GREED!,GREED!,GREED!, THIS IS ONE MAN'S STORY:

I can't even get logged in to ASD now, not even with the security code, I'm getting more worried by the hour. I'm missing rebates for several days when I did get in ?

What is the best strategy for me to get out of this ? Should I just start saving all my cash instead of rolling it into more ad packs and get out when I reach $1000, or is that even possible ?

I think I need some sleep, instead of worrying here, Please can anyone give me some good advice? I notice that lots of you are enrolled in lots of other programs here besides just ASD. Am I just not the type for this kind of thing because I don't even understand how STP and some of the other work?

Also we have the great stress of my wife going thru thyroid cancer just a few weeks ago having the surgery and waiting for hormone levels to get right for her radiation pill treatment. I think I'm overloaded, and not being in good health myself and on Social Security Disability, I thought this would be a good long range steady $$$ income. Not expecting a get rich quick thing but a multi year build up to then a small weekly income all done by my wife and I together, as she knows ZERO about computers. With me not that much better but able to get around and find things to buy, then my friend turns me on to this ASD operation after himself being in it for a month before myself and wife. Joining during the Tampa Rally to get the 100% match and having it wait to go active clear to June 26 th. And nothing but all kinds of problems getting worse each day, Please Help, advise this weary soul of what I should do, Just wait, try to get out, or accept that I foolishly lost $1000, my wife is not happy with me !

So, think about this for a second.

Has anybody noticed a trend?

UPDATE JULY 18 2008

So, think about this for a second.

Has anybody noticed a trend that the site is down for "maintenance" after each convention?

Didn't they shut down the system in May for 10 days and said they could now handle 500,000 or 1 million people? We are at 98,000 on the English site.

Two weeks ago they said they were going to get EVRYBODY caught up and paid, checks sent out. That happened for the most part, people started getting checks this week.

But...we have not recieved our rebates all week! Reason is system maintenance....really?

What if I put this thought in your head. ASD has not paid out all week because they broke themselves sending out all those checks, probably worth millions!

Here is my guess....and anybody, please chime in.....

I bet we don't get our rebates until next week, after they pull in 40 million or so from Chicago. Enough money to get us back on track and pay out the rebates. We are being paid only what people bring into the ASD, not enough outside resources to cover the rest.

Update: Andy is no longer the President of Panda. This is from his statement made today, and I quote:

"Posted July 17, 2008

To All Members of ASD and La Fuente Dinero from President, Andy Bowdoin:

Due to the amount of time I must dedicate to manage ASD and La Fuente Dinero, I have resigned my position as President of Golden Panda and have relinquished my ownership and affiliation with the Golden Panda Ad Builder Company.

I have much respect for Clarence Busby and wish him great success in his endeavor.

Sincerely,

Andy Bowdoin

ASD Cash Generator Considered Fraud:
http://www.tulsatoday.com/
By David Arnett
Tuesday, 15 July 2008
ImageA new "make money without even trying" phenomenon is heading to Tulsa in the near future - but one man hopes to derail what he claims is a potentially fraudulent economic train wreck for those who buy into the company's Web site ad-selling scheme.

According to its own company line, ASD Cash Generator (ASD) is a "gateway to financial independence." But according to one insider, it is a fraud which is inevitably moving towards collapse - and one that will hurt thousands who do not fully understand the program or the financial numbers provided. And regardless of which one is right, ASD surely raked in a respectable wad of dough at a July 12 convention in Miami, FL, and it will probably do so again on August 23 in Tulsa, as the mega-money program travels across the country this summer, dragging with it the potential to make millions from other people's greed in the process.

Whether through its Web site or its wandering convention circuit, ASD's pitch is straightforward: You, too, can earn money by purchasing advertising packages on the Internet and convincing others to do the same! Purchasers "earn rebates up to 100 percent of their ad cost" and "can also earn an additional 25 percent."

At first, the premise had sounded good to the caller - we'll call him "Robert" - who recently contacted Tulsa Today and major newspapers and media outlets throughout the nation where ASD conventions had been held or were scheduled, anxious for his cautionary ASD-related tale to be heard. As a print publisher since 1985 and an Internet publisher since 1996, I decided to hear him out.

After some of his friends and relatives had invested in ASD, Robert - requesting confidentiality due to his ties with potential victims - had carefully reviewed the company's promises and procedures, and had looked at the numbers those promises were based upon. He said he was outraged by what he considered the company's fraud, but if he called the public's attention to it, he feared ASD would almost certainly collapse and, in doing so, hurt his friends, colleagues and family. He became convinced that if he remained silent, his people might recover their investments, but thousands of others could - and, most likely, would - suffer negative consequences.

Image"People are buying these 'ad packages' with the hopes and dreams of big pay-offs," Robert said. He doesn't believe ASD is stable enough to support its mega-money claims.

ASD claims not to be an investment service, and that ASD members are purchasing advertising packages. Its Web site explains how participants can make money: "You are paid 5 percent up to 10 percent commission on all ad sales, banner ad sales and ebook sales you make personally. You are paid 3 percent up to 5 percent commission on all ad sales, banner ad sales and ebooks sales made by the advertisers you recommended."

The verbiage continues, "An advertiser may pay a monthly membership fee and reduce cash-out fees, increase referral commissions and decrease the number of sites to view on a daily basis. The amount of your monthly membership fee determines the number of times you can cash out each week, the amount of your referral commissions, and the number of sites you must view each day to receive your rebates.

"If you do not pay a membership fee, you will be paid a 3 percent referral commission on all of your personal sales only. When you pay a $10-per-month membership fee, you earn a 5 percent referral commission on your personal sales and 3 percent on your second level sales. When you pay a $25-per-month membership fee, you earn a 7 percent referral commission on your personal sales and 4 percent on your second level sales. When you pay a $100-per-month membership fee, you earn a 10 percent referral commission on your personal sales and 5 percent on your second level sales. This can mean a tremendous amount of income to you - and you decide which is right for you."

Robert summarized his understanding of ASD's philosophy: "If you buy a $10,000 ad package, you get 10,000 ad credits - which earns you $100 a day for 125 days. Thus, in 25 days, you would get back $12,500. That's a $2,500 profit."

Image Robert said ASD appears to offer incentives for larger ad packages which seem to ensure larger payouts. "As far as I know, there is a running promotion on the Web site that agrees to match your ad package credits (investment) at 1.25 times the amount," he said. "So $10,000 gets you $12,500 x 125 days, which is $15,625 - a profit of $5,625."

He continued: "At all previous conventions, they offered promotions to double ad package credits to the purchasers and also match the amount to the person who initiated the sale. In addition, the immediate up leg gets 10 percent commission and 5 percent to next up leg.

"So $10,000 gets the purchaser $20,000 in ad credits - and the up leg guy gets $10,000 in ad credits, as well. This creates insurmountable accounting issues. In addition, ASD receives 50 percent of all revenue generated. This is the whole reason why the myth of riches and pay-offs continues to be perpetuated - even though there is no money left to pay out," he concluded.

On the surface, ASD seems to be making the big money it needs to make the big payouts, but Robert isn't so sure that life will continue to be rosy for the company and its participants.

"Take the last convention in Tampa as an example - that gathered $40 million in purchased ad credits. ASD gets $20 million off the top. Commissions are paid at 10 percent to the first leg and trickles up to total 11.1 percent paid commissions. Commissions are paid at 5 percent to the second leg, which also trickles up to equal 5.5 percent to reach a grand total of $6.6 million in commissions paid. Of the total cash ($40 million) gathered, $20 million goes to ASD and $6.6 million goes to commissions - which leaves only $13.4 million to be distributed towards payments promised to ad credits," Robert said.

"Ad credits are $40 X 2 for the double promotion, plus $40 million for the match up leg promotion - which equals $120 million, paid at $1.2 million a day for 125 days. They can only pay these people for about 11 days with the cash on hand. From my best research, there have been five conferences/conventions in about 30 days which have offered double promotions," he said.

"By the time the ASD conference hits Tulsa, the company could be $1 billion upside-down. I don't see how anyone in Tulsa could get their money back out of this program. In fact, the odds are that no one, even as early as Saturday in Miami, could get their money back out," Robert added.

Image"The argument from ASD is that they have additional streams of income. By requiring ad purchasers to surf, ASD asserts this activity creates value. However, given the promised payouts, outside revenue is irrelevant, insignificant and appears to be no more than a smokescreen," Robert said.

Robert said he felt a personal calling to warn the public against buying into ASD's web of false Webvertising.

Later, by e-mail, Robert asserted, "ASD charges one dollar for each ad package, and each ad package includes one credit. One credit equals one showing of your Web site (or the Web site of your choice). In my best assessment, the market value for one hit on your Web site is 1 cent or less, which is less than one percent of what people are paying for each ad package. Furthermore, the

ASD Cash Generator Considered Fraud:

PART 2

vast majority of the purchasers of ASD ad packages that I know are using somebody else's Web site and don't have any intention of utilizing the advertising services."

However, Robert claims that ASD is careful to avoid rules governing 'investments' and 'deposits.' Terms and conditions posted note, "All payments made to ASD are considered advertising purchases, not investments or deposits of any kind. All sales are final. ASD does not guarantee any earnings and/or rebates. All rebates paid to advertisers are for the service of viewing other advertiser's Web sites. All commissions are for referring advertisers to ASD. All advertising purchases are non-refundable after the passing of the 3 days right of rescission."

To be sure, ASD Cash Generator doesn't make it easy to understand its machinations, but it does appear to want to make it clear that its participants are bound by their decision to affiliate with the company.

From my own Web publisher's standpoint, the ASD program appears on its face to be insane. Web site traffic creates value only when real customers respond to that advertising by purchasing products or services from the advertiser. Tulsa Today is successful not simply because we reach over 100,000 unique readers per month (2.8 million page views and 5.5 million hits in the last year alone), but because our readers respond to Tulsa Today advertising and discuss our news - which generates more advertising impressions and creates more sales.

To think that anyone could earn money by viewing Web sites when they have no interest in the content or advertised products of such sites is just silly. The old saw, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" would probably be a good phrase to remember right about now.

But the cracks in ASD's foundation are beginning to show.

Currently, it appears that each conference/convention provides just enough cash to keep participants hopeful. In apparent propaganda, the company claims the tremendously positive response of the program has caused accounting process to be overwhelmed. A recent e-mail sent by ASD said, "The new ACH cash out process for U.S. members should be online, hopefully, tomorrow and the office will be back on track with cash-outs. There was a delay with cash-outs while this new service was put into place to replace direct deposit cash-outs. Also, Bank of America will now be handling the live check cash-outs for ASD. ASD will send the information to Bank of America and they will print and mail out the checks for us now. There was training involved with the Bank of America folks, teaching the ASD accounting people how to do the new ACH process. All of these new processes played into the delay of recent cash-outs. Again, please be as patient as you can."

In addition, many members requesting some or all of their money back have been given the "Devil-in-the-Detail Shuffle." Yet another e-mail from ASD points to the submission of conflicting names as a major issue in payment delay, saying, "Please make sure that you have a W-9 submitted to the ASD office (U.S. members only) prior to requesting a cash-out. Also, you must make sure that your name on your ASD Web site is exactly the same as what you have on your W-9. If there is even the slightest difference, then your cash-out will not go through." Apparently, many members signed up as individuals, but turned in their W-9s with business names and tax ID numbers, which ASD claims has been a factor in the delay of payments.

ImageIn addition to last Saturday's convention in Miami, events are scheduled for Saturday, July 19 in Arlington Heights, IL (outside Chicago); Saturday, August 23 in Tulsa, OK; and Saturday, Sept. 13 in Anaheim, CA - a two-day, quarterly ASD Conference called a "Mini-Convention."

A cynic might suggest that there's good money to be made outside every ASD conference/convention - just offer to save potential attendees thousands of dollars for a cool hundred bucks - then hand them this article and a simple business card inscribed, "Keep your money in your pocket and run like hell."

"Auto-Surfing": What You Need to Know

Quote:
In the world of marketing, people often get compensated - with cash or free products and services- for doing fairly easy things, like sampling new ice-cream flavors, filling out surveys, or allowing a firm to monitor the television shows you watch or the websites you visit. While some "money for nothing" opportunities may be perfectly legitimate, others can turn out to be frauds.

"Auto-surfing" is a form of online advertising that purportedly generates advertising revenue for companies that want to increase traffic to their websites. The premise behind auto-surfing is that companies that advertise on the Internet are willing to pay to increase traffic to their web sites. These companies hire an auto-surf firm or "host," which in turn pays individual web surfers to view certain websites on an automatically rotating basis. The more sites the individual visits, the more money he or she stands to earn.

While auto-surfing may sound easy and appealing - and risk-free - there can be a hitch. Some auto-surf programs require their surfers to pay to participate, although perhaps not initially. When you first sign up to auto-surf, the firm might assign a limited number of sites for you to visit and pay you accordingly. Once you've made a modest amount of money, the firm might encourage - or even require - you to purchase a "membership" so that you can maximize your earnings. The program will promise high - often double or triple digit - returns on your investment in the program, often within days or weeks of joining.

Last 9 months there has been over 10,000 complaints

To those of you who have proof that you are making money...Congratulations!!!

I for one can not believe that some of you claim to be business people and joined a company without doing further research. Common Sense is lacking. Although I can not release my sources I have been told that in the last 9 months there has been over 10,000 complaints. At the present time (9) AG's in nine states are investigating ASD along with two Federal Agencies. Andy Bowdoin aka Thomas Bowdoin has never ever received the Medal of Distinction from President Bush which was verified by my Congressman.

Both of the previous companies were closed by the State for not filing an annual report. They have also failed to register with the Department of Professional Regulation and with The Florida Division of Financial Regulations nor have they paid any tax's to the IRS in 2 years.

For a company that is suppose to be making so much money one must wonder why they are operating out of a small store front in Quincy Florida and using an answering service for support calls.

Many questions and few answers.

So lets look at the facts

So lets look at the facts and let them speak for themselves. Not one of the people who continue to promote ASD has ever tried to my knowledge to verify any of the so called information about Andy Bowdoin aka Thomas Bowdoin. I have spent the good part of the last few days doing just that.

1. Mr. John Richardson with Google said that they have NO knowledge of Mr. Bowdoin nor are they associated with him or his company in any way.

2. Target also has never heard of Mr. Bowdoin nor are they associated with him or his business.

3. Alan Boyd Congressman from Florida has never heard of Mr. Bowdoin nor has he been able to find any awards given to Mr. Bowdoin by the President.

4. GPS Technologies (GPS Tech)also never heard of him and he did not start the company as he claims.

5. Robert Gardener is not listed with the Florida Bar or any of the other bars as a lawyer in GOOD Standing and according to the Nevada Department of Corporations has also owned several business that have failed.

6. No one to my knowledge has ever read the actual Terms of Service and if they have then they deserve to get taken.

The only way that I can see to get the answers to many of the questions that others have asked is to file a Lawsuit against ASD/Ad Surf Daily for Fraud. I am currently working on doing just that and I have contacted a friend with the Atlanta Journal Constitution who has agreed to do a story on this great secret. I am sure that one of three things will happen fairly quickly.

1. The site will go down.

2. Mr. Bowdoin will disappear.

3. Everyone loses their money (That one is guaranteed)

I found this statement most interesting

This from the Miami convention, and I quote: "Efforts to stem the bashing: This is almost verbatim from the head of Compliance--ASD is hiring a battery of SEC attorneys and going to Attorney General's office in Tallahassee to offer the ASD books for all to see...." I only took the portion of the quote that was relevant to my point below.

I found this statement most interesting since we have been told Mr. Garner is a big SEC attorney. Especially in lieu of the comment made above. Why would you need a battery of SEC attorney's when you have Mr. Garner? In fact, why would you need a battery of SEC attorney's period? You only need one. Does this mean Mr. Garner isn't the big SEC attorney he has been held out to be?

It is very clear Robert Garner is a SEC attorney. Really, what makes anyone think Robert Garner is a SEC attorney? Just because he puts a link to the SEC and Edgar on his website does not make him a SEC attorney. Anyone can put the link to the SEC and Edgar on their website, but it doesn't make them a SEC attorney. Get real. If he is this big hotshot SEC attorney, then why isn't he listed in the Greensboro Yellow Pages under the Securities & Investment attorney listings? Wouldn't you think he would be? Does it concern you he isn't? Do you really believe that the major brokerage houses would hire outside counsel they can't find? Besides, they have their own in-house counsel to handle their issues. In the rare occasion when they do use an outside counsel, I assure you it is not an attorney that is not listed in the yellow pages or in Martindale-Hubbell. Also, why isn't he listed in Martindale-Hubbel Law Directory either under his so-called specialty of Securities law, or just listed?

From the you can't make this stuff up files

From the you can't make this stuff up files, comes this gem, from a person who was on the Q&A in the web room, and I quote:

"DISCLAIMER: These are just my notes from the Q&A in the web room on this date. Any questions should be referred to your sponsor, Robert Fava (the trainer) or ASD itself. This is not a transcript of the session, just my notes on what I felt were important points.

7. Someone in the room suggested they stop doing rallies and enrolling new members until they get the mess they are in cleaned up. Robert replied that the problems are not related to enrollments, so this wouldn't help anything.

10. Member said it is very hard to get new members signed up when the site is down. Robert said he'd turn that around to say it's because of the growth issues."

Now I only extracted these 2 items to quote because they totally contradict each other. First we are told the problems are not due to enrollments, then 3 points later he says explain all the problems are due to growth issues. Hmmm, aren't new enrollments growth issues? I guess not in ASD land.

What was most fascinating to me was that no-one caught this or challenged this during the Q&A. It sure would have been fun to have asked the question though. Too bad no-one did.

The wheels are about to come off this wagon, and it is not going to be pretty when it does.

"The program will be declared illegal by the FTC."

There are now 120,000 members of ASD.
What is ASD really? Certainly not an advertising medium. It's advertised as a Wealth Builder. So c'mon, the front is blown, their is nothing legitimate about the advertising going on.
"Ad Packages"... hah!
More like "Ponzi Purchases"

A lot of people just don't comprehend the volumes of scams permeating the Internet. They just see a smiling old man telling them to join up and they'll make money and they don't think to doubt it. Using hype, persuasion and several psychological tricks they snare these people at will.

1. The program will be declared illegal by the FTC.
2. Is not sustainable over the long haul.

There is just no way this thing can survive and/or get passed the FTC for long.

This is progressing so much like all the others.

Huge Growth, Arrogant Management Swimming in Money, Cheerleaders, Bashers, Threats of lawsuits, Promises of Huge Strategic Alliances, Delivery of miniscule wanna be alliances, delayed withdrawals (because of growth), website problems. . .. . .

All similar to companies with similar/identical business models.
Then news will be trickle out to the Feds and the State authorities. Accounts will be frozen, no funds coming in or going out.

ASD will protest that they've been wronged, that they'll fight to the death to prove their innocence and help their thousands of members who put trust in them.

ASD will blame someone, anyone (Remember Charis Johnson blaming Stormpay, the Feds, the Utah TV Station, etc.).

Some very deluded ASD Cheerleader will even try to raise funds for the company's legal defense.

And, then, alas reality will hit. The frozen funds will remain frozen. Big builders and players will begin to get summons (sp?) word will spread and euphoria of wealth that had converted to fear of loss will morph into panic of legal action.

I can see it plain as day.

May take weeks or even months, but the longer it takes, the more people will be hurt.

There are now 120,000 members of ASD. Even with a MINIMAL average of $1,000 per account, you're talking $120 MILLION all needing 1% a day!

So Andy and his little crew need to clear $1.2 MILLION profit a day right now to stay afloat, which means they need to collect at least $2.4 MILLION a DAY!

They can't even process the recent AD Package Purchases from their latest weekend event for a few weeks... so HOW do you think they're going to keep up with this escalating payment problem!

WHY ASD is headed for BUST right now:
#1 - Lack of automation (they can't keep up)
#2 - Site is down a lot (yet they're still paying people credits)
#3 - Andy stated their recent event had so many sales they can't even process those for WEEKS, yet they'll all start getting their 1% retro-actively.

If I were paying to advertise, it'd make me pretty upset that Andy was paying people credits when they weren't even looking at ads.

(No wonder he's gotta do "Rallies", which is another strange thing that legitimate advertising companies don't need to do).

Quote marketmaker: as of 6:28 EST, ASD is down for maintenance. Can't get much worse than yesterday. I feel bad for the thousands who put money in on Sat. at the Miami Rally and have yet been able to login. If they were worried before, I am sure they are paranoid by now.
