Types of Adjustable Neck Pillows Available

Foam, Fiber, Water or Air?

Adjustable neck pillows come in different types of composition: foam, fiber, air and water. For the fiber pillows, you basically have to choose the proper support you need. For example the tricore family of pillows. Sometimes these fiber pillows also come with an adjustable pump- you simply pump to increase or decrease support. They come in gentle and firm supports. What about foam? For a foam pillow to be adjustable you usually can change up the lobes. These lobes are interchangeable and color codes. Finally water pillows. There will be a water chamber that you can change the amount of water to change the amount of support. We will talk about each of these adjustable pillows in detail.
