MAKING MONEY WITH AFFILIATE MARKETING

More importantly how can you make money from home on the Internet using affiliate marketing? Well before you can do the latter it is important you know at least the basics of affiliate marketing and the ways in which it is used by people to earn good hard cash from working at home, using only their brains and a variety of methods that each person rates differently. Some like to do things one way, while others swear by the techniques that have worked for them.

Of course I'm getting ahead of myself here, and the people just starting out getting to know affiliate marketing are in danger of suffering from information overload. So i better drop back and start from scratch, After all we must learn to walk before we can run.

The basics of affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is to put it one way, a business, YOUR business, which you can work on whenever you want. Weather its quitting your job and going for broke, or simply just taking it as more of a hobby. A way to earn a little extra pocket money for yourself if you will.

An affiliate marketer makes money by:

(a) Getting people to visit a certain site
(b) That person then buying or subscribing to that particular sites product/offer.
An affiliate does this by using different methods, such as, building a blog, writing articles, joining forums, just to name a few. Some also use what are called black hat methods, which are so called as they are mostly deemed wrong and frowned upon by many.

The ways in which affiliates are using sale methods are changing always, so it would be impossible to fit them in one article, but the gist of it is:

(1) You first join an affiliate site, such as Clickbank.
(2) Pick a product you would like to promote.
(3) Do whatever you can to sell people that product.
(4) Earn a percentage (usually 50% or higher) for every customer you send their way.

So now you know how affiliate marketers make money on the Internet. But what you need to know if you want to join them is HOW they go about making the sales so easily? (to be continued)
