The Airbus A380
I haven't been a ramp agent at an international airport for a few years, so this was my only chance to see this extra-giant commercial airliner close-up, at least for quite a while.
On the drive back from Oshkosh this afternoon I decided to open a lens just for the Airbus A380 - information, pictures, videos, and anything I can find, whatever the search modules pull in.
Recent news:
MailOnline reported cracks were found in the wings of three Airbus A380s by Australian engineers who recommended grounding the planes.
The LA Times compared how airlines outfit their A-380s!

An Airbus A380 visits EAA AirVenture, Oshkosh, WI July 28, 2009
Because the Airbus A380 is so large, the largest commercial airliner ever built, it seemed to move impossibly slowly and almost appeared to float above us as it circled for several fly-overs before landing.

Wow, it was a thrill to see this largest ever jumbo jet taxi by, towering over the airshow crowd, on its way to AeroShell Square, where folks can step on board for a tour.
In a day or so I hope to have some of the pics my buddy took of the Airbus A380 at the fly-in. (My buddy's camera and photography skills are way better than mine.)

- I am lucky enough to live under the flightpath used by A380s leaving London Heathrow. It's amazing how quiet they are, compared to 747s and other 'heavies'.
