It's your decision you know.
You decide to be scared, feel out of control, feel frustrated, feel angry, annoyed, live in anxiety. Or you decide to be at peace and be happy.
It's your decision. You determine how you feel.
Positive or negative. There is no neutral. You're going up or you're going down. It's your decision. You're positive or you're negative. You feel good or you feel bad. You decide.
"But man, are you reading the news?" Don't you hear what they're saying on the news channels?"
Here's the point: It's not what's going on that matters. What matters is your attitude toward it.
Wringing hands is a popular pastime. Letting news writers tell you how to think, what your attitude should be, is a popular pastime. Being glued to the news networks and taking it as if it's gospel is a popular pastime. Getting nervous, upset, all worked up by things happening "out there" is a popular pastime. "Did you hear what happened to%u2026" is a popular pastime. Many can't wait to get some negative information and tell everyone they know---called spreading their garbage. "Well we need to know%u2026" That's a popular pastime.
Ask yourself. How does this information help me, help me feel better, how me feel more positive, help me feel happier, help me feel more abundant?
Is anyone saying, "Man, this guy is clueless. Doesn't he know what's going on?" In this day of the 24 hour news cycle where the television is playing loudly in most public places or when so-called friends decide to spread the garbage and tell you all the lastest "news" you definitely hear what the news is saying.
Again, it's not what the news is saying. It's your attitude toward it. You decide. Believe it, go with it, trust it, soak it up like a sponge, tell everyone you know. Or, stand back and watch what's going on. Stand back and see that fear is running the show. See that hysteria is running the show. See that the hordes are acting based on fear. And, don't join in. It's just a decision.

It's a decision you made as a very young child. Maybe when you were a baby. You didn't know any better when you made that decision. Isn't it time to reconsider your decision to be depressed?
Ask yourself a question. How does depression help me?
How does depression solve the circumstances that made me depressed? You quickly see. Depression does not provide a solution. Otherwise, circumstances would have changed or you would know how to deal with them effectively.
Depression contains lot of negative feelings. It makes you mad. It makes you sad. It tells you to beat yourself up. Depression makes you live in regret. All of that is negative. How does that help you?
Negative feelings drag you down. Do negative feelings help you fix what you're depressed about? How do negative feelings make you happy?
How can you go UP by going down?
Many people like to live in a state of depression. Maybe they saw depressed people around them as a baby. They decided depression is the way to live.
Depression is a drag. It drags you in the opposite direction of the way you would like to go. You want to have abundant money, vibrant health, lasting, loving relationships. You want to be happy. You want peace of mind with no stress. That's in the direction of high energy. It's in the direction of up.
Depression is low energy and the direction is down.
In Ancient Greek mythology the mermaids lured the sailors over to the rocks. The sailors sailed over and met their destruction on the rocks.
Old feelings, you put in a long time ago, such as depression, are mermaids. The habit of being lured into depression is crashing you into the rocks.
Be vigilant. See the mermaids of depression. The mermaids may be alluring. But they possess negative feelings which hurt you if you embrace them.
See the mermaids of depression luring you over to the rocks. Sail your ship in the opposite direction. Sail away from the rocks and out into the freedom of the open seas. Sail away from the rocks.
Decide to be positive in spite of any circumstance.

Check it out. Most people like to feel bad. To feel sad. To feel gloomy.
You can show them a way out of their misery and they will fight you on it. They'll fight for their negativity. They'll say, "You're wrong. I have to feel bad because of the following reasons." And, they list out the reasons.
You can show them a new idea to get out of their pain. They'll say, "I'm not interested in hearing about that. That idea won't work for me." They'll say, "I've had this problem all my life. There isn't anything I can do about it." They'll say, "The doctor told me I'm stuck with my condition. There's nothing I can do about it." They'll say, "I take 14 pills a day and I'm sure your idea won't help me."
When someone makes that kind of statement. They are right. If someone is stuck in concrete and they believe something is true, they are right.
Whatever you think, is true is true for YOU.
As long as you think it, as long as you're stuck in your belief, as long as you have a solid position and are unwilling to hear anything different, then whatever you so strongly believe is true for you.
If you think the stars are lined up against you, then they are.
Few are those who really want to find a new way. Few are those who really want to get out of their misery and suffering. Few are those that really want a different life than they have now even though they may claim to hate their current life, even though they may know deep down inside there is a better way. Even though they know there exists for them happiness if they are willing to do something different.
Happiness, love, positive, success, excellent health, plenty of money, all of these are possible for anyone right now---no matter their current condition or situation.
All that is required is to do something different. To have something different, you have to do something different.
Here's what's required. You must be willing to give up your misery. You must be willing to give up your pain. You must be willing to give up your troubles and problems.
To have a different life, a life of having all you would like to have, you must be willing to give up, to let go of thinking you're stuck with your misery. You must be willing to do something different starting right now.

Plenty of money means you feel like you have all the money needed to do the things you would like to do.
Plenty of money could mean something else to you. How do you define plenty of money?
So, again, I'll ask you. Do you have plenty of money?
Is your answer, yes? Then, you have plenty of money.
I'm not playing word games. That's how it works.
If your answer is, "No, I don't have plenty of money. I could use more money. There are things I want to do but I don't have the money to do them. I have some money, but I wouldn't call it "plenty" of money."
If that's your answer, you're short of money. You don't have enough money.
Like I said, this isn't word games. That's how it works.
The person that thinks he or she has plenty of money does have plenty of money. The person that thinks he or she does not have plenty of money does not have plenty of money.
Here it is. What you hold in mind is what you get. Some call it the Law of Attraction. Others say, it's the Secret. It is not a secret. It's very simple. What you hold in mind is what you get.
You think you have money, you have money. You think you don't have money, you don't have any money. You attract what you think.
We don't have to talk what's the chicken and egg here. It's simple. What you have right now is what you hold in mind.
Your mind wants to make this very complicated. It is simple, completely, totally simple.
It's easy to check. Ask your friends who have money if they think they have it. After giving you a funny look, they'll say, "Of course, I have it."
Ask your friends who don't have any money and they'll give a similar answer. "Of course, I don't have any money."
And that's it.
Let's try it another way.
Ask a friend who has plenty of money if she is short on money. She'll look at you like you've lost your mind.
Ask your friend who has no money if she has plenty of money. Same reaction. She will think you're crazy asking that question. She may even say something like, "You know me. I can't rub two nickels together" There you have it. She is holding in mind she has no money and she has no money.
To have money (or anything else you would like to have) stop thinking you don't have it. Hold in mind you have plenty of money. Hold in my what you want. Fake it 'til you make it. And, watch what happens.

Release Technique: Driving with the emergency brakes
Imagine driving your car with the emergency brake on. That wouldn't work so well would it? Your car would barely move or move painfully slow. You would think, "Something is wrong with this car but I don't know what it is." After awhile you would get tired of driving that way and you would grind to a halt. You would be frustrated and you wouldn't know what to do.
Is that how your life is going? Do you feel like life is passing you by? Do you suspect there's something wrong but you don't know what it is?
Are you sick and tired of feeling like you can't move forward? Have you thrown in the towel and decided it's no use?
If you you're driving your car with the emergency brake on and suddenly realize that's what you're doing, you would immediately disengage the brake, right? Instantly, you would begin driving down the road smooth and fast just as the car was intended.
You can do the same thing with your life too. It's just a decision. Let off the emergency brake. Disengage that brake. You put the brake on your life a long time ago with negative habits of thinking. You didn't know you did it but you slammed on the brake and you haven't let up yet. Can you see it? Your life isn't going down the road easily and smoothly, is it? You have the brake on.
Here's what to do. Let off the emergency brake. Let off the brake and let your life get going. The brake on your life is your negative thinking. In other words, I can't feelings. I can't do this. I can't do that. All of those "I can'ts " are emergency brakes in your life.
Begin to let go of the "I can'ts." Begin to let go of any thought that says, I can't. Of course you can. Just let off the brake. Let go of what's gotten you where you are right now. Start looking for the brakes you have applied in your life. Make a decision. Decide to let off the brake. Decide to allow your life to go easily and smoothly down the road like it was designed to do.

Release Technique: Eight Hours Sleep
You have a program in your mental computer that says you must sleep. The program says, you must get your eight hours sleep or you won't be able to function effectively.
Just as with any program in your mental computer if the program is running unnoticed, unchecked, the program plays out on the screen of your life. If you're running a mental program that you must have eight hours sleep or you will not be able to function, then you will not be able to function if you have less than eight hours sleep. It's just a like any program in your computer.
You put in the program. The programs operates according to the operating instructions.
When you wake up during the night and you can't sleep you become fearful, maybe even terrified. You begin to toss and turn restlessly.
Thoughts roil around in your mind. "If I don't get enough sleep, I won't be able to function." Your programming may be that you will get physical or mental sickness if you "don't get your sleep."
If you're not "getting your sleep" you get more and more stressed out and more and more nervous. It's because you have been programmed to think you need that sleep or something will happen to you. Television commercial programmers know that.
What if you didn't have that program running in your mental computer? What if the program running in your mental computer said, you don't need sleep or you need very little. Your programmed mind is rebelling right now isn't it? It's saying that's hogwash. It's gone on the defensive and is spewing out all the reasons why it's hogwash, all the reasons you need the eight hours even if you must use drugs to do it.
If you accept any mental programming, if you think it's true, it IS true for YOU. Any limitation you accept as true becomes your limitation. It becomes a computer program operating your life.
Next time you can't sleep, rather than be miserable and suffer about it, just allow it to be OK. Just go along with it. Don't fight it. And, watch what happens.

There is an alternative. Let the economy, the financial world and the politicians do whatever they do and not buy into the drama going on out there.
Who said you have to get involved emotionally in all of this. Who said you have to go along with all of these negative feelings, call them your own, and make them part of your life.
Ask yourself. How does it help me to get all tangled up in negative feelings? Your mind will say, well, you have to. Your mind likes it because it gets you negative and that's your mind's pastime to get and keep you negative.
You do not have to get enmeshed in this drama.
It's just a decision. You can decide to get negative like most people and get anxious, upset, angry and on and on. How does that help you?
Does it put any money in your pocket?
It does not give you one positive benefit. Decide to watch it from afar, unattached, neutral.
Decide to be positive in spite of what's happening.
What if you are directly affected financially?
How does it help you to go nuts about it?
How does it help you to be scared and anxious?
How does it help you to feel out of control about it?
All those negative feelings only make you more negative.
Does getting more negative fix anything?
Does getting more and more negative improve anything? Of course, it does not.
All of this emotional and mental involvement only serves to spin you out into misery and suffering. Notice. Your suffering is not caused by what is happening out there.
It is your attitude about it that is causing the pain you feel. Somewhere along the line you bought into the idea of negative reaction. Something negative happens, go negative. You decided that was the thing to do. You decided it. You can change it.
You can decide to be positive in spite of what is happening.
You decided to react negatively and get involved in the drama. You can just as easily decide to stand aside and let all that drama go on without your involvement.
The world needs to wake up. Nearly everyone has adopted a "bunker" mentality. Freak out, cover up and hide. The newsmakers fuel all this with continuous negative news. They get to be right. They're selling everyone the whole thing is going down the tubes. Most people believe that garbage. So, guess what, the news gets to be right.
Your mind likes all of this negativity. The little man behind the curtain is rubbing his hands in glee about all of this. The negativity is spinning out of control.
It does not have to be that way for you. You can decide. I am going to be positive in spite of what is happening out there. I can watch all this like a spectator in a stadium. Let them get muddy and bloody down on the field. Remain calm and at peace. Watch it without joining in.
Be positive in spite of what is happening.
You can see it out in the world. Negative begets negative. Yes. And, positive begets positive. Those who are positive in spite of what is happening are getting more and more positive. As they do they are having more and more positive things happening in their lives---in spite of whatever is happening out there.
The way out of all this is up. Be positive in spite of what is happening.
Release Technique: Feelings are your decision
Who said you have to be run by your feelings? Who said you have to feel bad, sad, mad, scared. Who said you have to be scared by the news about money. Who said you have to feel bad about anything? You decide.
Do you know it's your choice? You think you are your feelings. You think those negative states that overcome you are you.
Let me tell you. They are not. And, you don't have to believe what I'm saying you can check it out for yourself.
Something happens and you get mad. Then you're mad all day. It's ruined your day. Something frustrates you. Something annoys you. And it has you in it's grips until something comes along and makes you feel good again.
The revelation is YOU get to decide. It's your decision. You have a choice. Something or someone comes along and pushes your button
YOU have a choice you decide.
I am not going to let what that person said or did affect my happiness.
Life is a decision. You decide to go negative or you decide to remain positive. It is your decision. I know this may be new information to you. Up to now you have felt you are a victim to what goes on "out there." You have thought you are a victim to the news, to the economy.
You have thought you are a victim to what people say to you. You have thought life is happening to you and you can't do anything about it.
That's old thinking. You need some new thinking.
The new thinking is this. How you feel is YOUR decision. How your day goes, how your life goes is YOUR decision.
Something happens you notice you start to feel down, to feel blue. Right then you drop that and decide, I am not giving away my happiness to what just happened. I am going to be positive in SPITE of whatever happened.
Someone comes along and says something to you annoying, or maybe belittling, or maybe saddening. Right then, you have a decision. Grab on to that negative feeling, let it take you down, let it make you feel bad OR don't grab onto it, let it go and decide. I am not going to give away my happiness to that person or that negative feeling. I am making a decision to stay positive in SPITE of whatever is happening.
You decide to be happy or sad, to be in a good mood or a bad mood to have a good day or a miserable day. Start deciding right now to be positive in spite of whatever happens.

Happiness, money, love, relaxation. What is it you think you are missing in your life? You can have it all. You just have to know how. Right now you don't know how. Right now you're living day to day searching and searching and not finding. Don't give up just yet. There is an answer.
You definitely can have the money, the love, the happiness, the relaxed peace of mind you've been searching for.
So, you ask, what's the answer? The answer is right inside of you. The answer is not out there. Oh, I felt the wind just went out of your sails. You thought the answer is out there. Sure you did. Almost everybody thinks that. And, yes, almost everybody is miserable, stressed out and they think they're out of money.
Is the answer found in the 6 pm news show? Do you think the government has the answer? Is the answer is at the movie theater? In the newspaper? Do you think the answer is at the shrinks' office?
Do you think the answer is getting all the money, maybe by winning the lottery? Do you think if you find Mr. or Ms. Wonderful, then you'll have the answer? Maybe the pharmaceutical companies can come up with something. A magic pill maybe?
Forget it. Happiness, money, love, a stress free life when you can be relaxed all the time, is not found out there. Can I prove that? Eventually you have to prove it to yourself. But, yes, proving it is easy. Are most people happy? Are they content? Do they have peace of mind? Do they live stress free? Of course not. Most people are nervous wrecks and you know it.
It's because they're chasing happiness out there and it is never out there. They think if I just get blank (you fill in the blank ) then I'll be happy. Look at the people who have blank, such as money, wealth, success, great looks, three or four husbands or wives, houses, cars, airplanes. Are they happy? Sure, they're on their fourth marriage and in rehab for the third time.
Happiness is right inside of you covered up by feelings of not being happy. All you have to do is to let go of the "I'm not happy" feelings, the negative feelings, the feelings that say, " I don't like myself because%u2026" the feelings that say,
"I can't be happy unless I have him or her." All you have to do is let go of all that, of all those negative feelings, and you will find under all those negative feelings the happy,
successful, loving, stress free person that you are. And, you will have money falling out of your pockets.
Release Technique: Get Positive and have Good Luck
Achieve your goals and dreams by getting positive.
Your mind works like a computer. A mind designed a computer in its exact likeness. Just as with a computer, whatever you put into your mind is what's coming out. You press enter, like you would on your computer, and the information starts coming out of your mind.
Here's what your mind is telling you. OK, I have to think positive thoughts. OK, I have to go back to doing my affirmations. OK, whenever any negativity comes into my life, I have to think positive. OK, I have to start doing my visualization. OK, I have to get out all of those motivational recordings I have and start listening to them. I have to post some positive thoughts all around the house especially the bathroom mirror. I have to put a notecard by my phone reminding me to think positive when my mother-in-law calls.
That is not it.
Repeat, all of that stuff will not work.
None of those things will get you positive. None of those things will give you any lasting positive benefit. The little sign that helps you get over your fear might help you get through that next cold sales call, but you haven't done anymore than put a band-aid on the trouble and the fear is still in there waiting to rise up again, the next time you pick up the phone.
Some will say, those things have worked for me. Great, congratulations. Do you have the financial success you would like to have? Do you have the loving relationships you would like to have? Do you have the health you would like to have? Are you free of fear? Are you free of anger? Are you free of frustration? Of course not. Maybe sometime in the past you got something by affirmations or visualizing, but for the one thing you got, you didn't get a hundred others things you want.
Here's why. Here's why none of those other so-called solutions have any lasting benefit, meaning permanent benefit. Those other things are more programming. Programs are thoughts and feelings you have put into our mental computer. You've put thousands of programs in your computer. That's why it malfunctions. All those positive-thinking methods do nothing but add more thoughts and feelings to your already overloaded computer.
The real answer is to hit the delete button. The real answer is to go into the computer and start deleting the negative. The real way to get positive is by deleting the negative, by ridding yourself of all the accumulated negative feelings in your subconscious mind. The real answer is to start de-programming, not to add more programs. The real answer is to apply a virus remover just like you do with your computer.

Here's why. You've been paying close attention to news on TV and in newspapers. Maybe you've been watching those sensationalized news shows where everyone is screaming at each other. You've been thinking about it day and night. You've been chewing it over with your friends.
You're scared. You don't know what will happen to you and your future.
You're fretting about it. You don't know what to do or who to turn to for answers. No wonder you have a headache, bellyache, heartache. It would be surprising if you didn't with all that churning around in your head.
The answer is to do something different. If you're in a boat and it's starting to sink, wouldn't it be a good idea to start bailing the water out? Your anxiety and nerves are caused by the news. Wouldn't it be a good idea to shut it down? Stop it. Turn it off. How has all that news done anything for you? How has it solved the problems the news says you have?
Your mind is saying you'll be a zombie if you don't pay attention to the news. A zombie is what you are right now! You're a zombie to all that mind noise, all that noise in your head caused by the negative news.
Maybe there are things in your life, financial or otherwise, that need to be fixed. How does watching and reading negative news fix anything? All it does is make your body hurt and make you miserable and confused.
All that news does not help you. There are solutions, there are answers but they're not in the negative news. Start clearing your head of all that news noise and you'll see things aren't that bad after all. You might see it doesn't have anything to do with you at all. You might see there is a way out of all the things you have been stressing about.
Stop the news, turn off the TV, close the newspaper. Stop letting news run you into the ground. Give it a try. Notice you're less upset, less worried and stressed out.
Get rid of the news and get rid all those aches and pains.
Release Technique: Guilt Keeps You From Being Happy
Your mind is in the business of keeping you controlled, captive and negative.
Your mind wants you to think it owns you.
One of its tools is guilt.
What value is the feeling of guilt? How does it help you? How does it make you feel better? How does it make you more positive, more loving, more happy, more abundant, more successful? You immediately see guilt is of absolutely no value to you.
Your mind tells you guilt helps you by keeping you from repeating the behavior you are feeling guilty about which is a lie. That's your mind telling you a lie. Guilt makes you prone to the same behavior that got you feeling guilty.
Guilt does nothing positive for you.
You decide something you say or do is bad. You feel guilty. You go into fear that bad will happen to you as punishment. Bad will happen to you unless you punish yourself, says your lying mind.
And, guess what? Can you see it? This guilt keeps you holding onto the thought you are not a good a person, you are a bad person, undeserving of happiness.
Guilt keeps you locked in negativity. Each bit of negativity you collect, blocks out a bit of positivity. Do you see how negativity blocks you from having all the love that you naturally are, all the happiness that you naturally are, all the perfect health that you naturally are, all the abundance that you naturally are?
Do you see how the negativity you have collected, negativity such as guilt, robs you of your life, your aliveness?
Your mind is saying, you've done or said all this. It's saying you've hurt people with actions and words. That's the very same mind that told you to do or say those things! Do you see what your mind is doing? Are you catching on to your mind's game?
Your mind is a collection---let's say it another way---you have collected all of those guilty feelings and you are holding them in your mind.
Every one of those guilt feelings is running in the background of your life. Is it any surprise you are not as happy as you could be? Is it any wonder you keep doing the same hurtful actions over and over and over again?
There is a way out. The way out is dropping those negative thoughts as soon as you see them. Drop them as quick as you would if somebody handed you a hot poker. See the negative feeling and drop it.
That 's how you keep negativity from ruining your life.
Release Technique: Happiness, money, love and relaxation
So, you ask, what's the answer? The answer is right inside of you. The answer is not out there. Oh, I felt the wind just went out of your sails. You thought the answer is out there. Sure you did. Almost everybody thinks that. And, yes, almost everybody is miserable, stressed out and they think they're out of money.
Is the answer found in the 6 pm news show? Do you think the Fed has the answer? Is the answer is at the movie theater? In the newspaper? Do you think the answer is at the shrinks' office?
Do you think the answer is getting all the money, maybe by winning the lottery? Do you think if you find Mr. or Ms. Wonderful, then you'll have the answer? Maybe the pharmaceutical companies can come up with something. A magic pill maybe?
Forget it. Happiness, money, love, a stress free life when you can be relaxed all the time, is not found out there. Can I prove that? Eventually you have to prove it to yourself. But, yes, proving it is easy. Are most people happy? Are they content? Do they have peace of mind? Do they live stress free? Of course not. Most people are nervous wrecks and you know it.
It's because they're chasing happiness out there and it is never out there. They think if I just get blank (you fill in the blank ) then I'll be happy. Look at the people who have blank, such as money, wealth, success, great looks, three or four husbands or wives, houses, cars, airplanes. Are they happy? Sure, they're on their fourth marriage and in rehab for the third time.
Happiness is right inside of you covered up by feelings of not being happy. All you have to do is to let go of the "I'm not happy" feelings, the negative feelings, the feelings that say, " I don't like myself because%u2026" the feelings that say, "I can't be happy unless I have him or her." All you have to do is let go of all that, of all those negative feelings, and you will find under all those negative feelings the happy, successful, loving, stress free person that you are. And, you will have money falling out of your pockets.
Release Technique: How do you Release
How do you heal stress? Healing stress in marriage, your job, your money or anywhere in your life is easy when you see it's all a point of view. Things that come up in your marriage or with money causing you stress are easy to release if you see it depends on your attitude.
Let me put it yet another way. It doesn't matter what's going on. It's your attitude toward it that counts. You decide, whatever comes up, you're going to relax or you're going to have stress. You heal situations when you release, meaning let go of the stressful feelings you're having.
Stress relief happens when you decide to relax. You relax when you decide to let go of the stress. It's just a decision. If you get all riled up about the economy, or money, or about your marriage, how does it help anything? All you get is more stress, right? You can never get to relaxation by using the route called stress.
Yet, isn't that what you're doing? Something happens you don't like. You blow up. Do a little stress test right now. Does blowing up give you more stress or less stress? Does blowing up relax you? Of course, not. Sounds crazy, doesn't it? But that's exactly what you do.
You decided how to handle stress beginning when you were in the crib. Your mother didn't feed you when you were hungry and you pitched a fit. Promptly she showed up and fed you. So you said, hmmm, that worked pretty good. And, you're still doing it even though now it doesn't work so good.
Get this. Relaxation does not come by using stress to fix stress.
Relaxation comes from relaxing in the face of stress. When something crazy happens in your marriage or with your money or whatever, see what is happening. Instead of the automatic reaction of flipping out, relax, release, let go.
When you do that, the situation will resolve or it won't bother you. Your spouse could run off with the neighbor. You money could all disappear. You do not have to be affected. It's a decision. You make a smart decision when you see using those stressful emotions never accomplishes anything but more stress.

Do you have money woes?
Do you think the good times are gone? Do you think your future is shot? Do you think your decisions about money have been wrong and gotten you in trouble?
If you listen to the talking heads that's what they'll have you believe. What a way to make a living, scaring the hell out of people 24 hours a day. Ever notice they repeat and repeat and repeat just to fill up the time? I wonder if they go home and say, Wow what a great day. I spent the day scaring the hell out of people.
It's not the talking heads that have you nervous, anxious and in stress worried sick about your money and your future. It's YOU. They're making up all that garbage so your mind, which eats negativity for dinner, will stayed glued to the tube so they can sell drugs and beer. You co-operate by not only watching that garbage but by buying into it. You believe what they say, act on it and thereby make it real.
Could there be a so-called recession if people didn't stop spending money and buying the usual things they would buy if they thought the conditions were normal? But the news guys and gals have convinced everyone things are not normal, that they're abnormal and droves of people have bought into it. It's a con job and people have bought into it lock, stock and barrel.
So, now what? Does it have to be that way for you? Do you have to live in fear and terror that you'll run out of money, not have a job, not have a place to live and eventually wander the snowy streets with nothing to eat? Do you have to live that way?
Of course you do not have to live that way. Here. I will help you right now. Stop paying attention to the garbage coming out of the TV. The super rich are getting super richer based on your fear and the fear of millions and millions of others.
Decide to look at what's right, not what's wrong. Decide to be grateful for what you have no matter how much or how little. Decide to look for the positive. If you look for positive, you will find positive.
The way to do that is to stop looking at the negative. You do not have to buy into the negative. You do not have to watch negative TV. You do not have to have negative conversations with co-workers, friends, spouse or with yourself. You do not have to talk negative. You do not have to occupy yourself with negative. It's just a decision

Obvious isn't it? Yet, people think they can somehow reach civilization and still hang out in the jungle. How's that possible?
How can you have a new life while holding on tight to the old life?
People think they can change without changing. Have you noticed that?
People live in the jungle of their mad, confused, unhappy mind and complain they want something different. They say they want civilization in the form of a new life. Yet, year after year they wallow around in the jungle of the old life.
Want a few examples of the jungle? People beat themselves up over every little thing all day long. They constantly complain and gripe. They find fault with everything no matter how good it is.
They're always looking for what's wrong and never seeing what's right.
They worry, thinking somehow that worry does something for them.
They live in fear and terror always waiting for the other shoe to drop. They spend their life annoyed and frustrated.
Chaos, zooming around, chasing something or other. Hurrying. Living in as much noise as they can find. All of this is the jungle of the madhouse mind.
They're always thinking, thinking, thinking and sinking, sinking, sinking.
That's a few examples of the wild, uncivilized jungle. You can easily think of a few more examples.
Here's something funny. That's what people call living. Chasing their tail. Desperately running and scared like heck they're never going to get there. Get where? Deeper into that jungle?
They mistake the jungle for civilization.
One reason they don't leave the jungle is they don't know they're living in a jungle, living the jungle life. They're living the jungle life and don't even know it. They actually think the jungle is normal.
A few people find out they're in the barbaric jungle living like savages.
For example, now you know, if you didn't before.
A few find out. They get into civilization, turn around and race back into the jungle as fast as they can. A few others try to live in civilization while keeping their toe in the jungle---I can't leave my precious, miserable life style behind.
And a few find out you cannot have peace of mind, happiness, abundance, health, great relationships and stress free living if you can't leave the trappings and traps of the jungle.
Those few find out that once they get out of the jungle and really embrace civilization they never have to be touched by economic news, who won or lost the last election, or all the negative news. They find out they do not have to have troubles and problems.
They find out civilization is what they've always searched for in that jungle.
They find out, when they embrace civilization, civilization embraces them and no one or nothing can bother them and they have it all.
Release Technique: How to Get Where You're Going.
Fairly obvious, isn't it? It's obvious all right but few actually have an intention for everything they do.
Do you have an intention for everything you do? Do you start your day and spell out for yourself your intention for your day and each of your day's activities?
Do you ever get to the end of your day or your week, look back and say, I sure didn't get much accomplished today or this week?
If you're not accomplishing much, or accomplishing as much as you would like to accomplish it's probably because you are intention-less. You're not having an intention for everything you do. Having an intention for everything you do is a habit well worth developing.
Consider this. Everything you do turns out as you intended when you have an intention for everything you do. You are the sailor of your boat. Set your sails for where you want to go.
Set your sails at the start of your day. Set your intentions for your day. Phrase your intentions as you would a goal. Intentions are mini goals. "I allow myself to%u2026(fill in the blank)." Be sure your intention is definite and clear. Set your sails exactly and you will arrive exactly where you decided to go.
Set your intentions for your day and each of your activities during your day. Write a simple statement for each activity you intend to accomplish during your day. It's easy. It takes seconds. It gets you where you intend to go. Be the sailor of your boat and trim your sails.
"Trim your sails" meaning, set your sails precisely to take advantage of the wind and have control of your boat. As your day goes forward, the winds may change direction. Re-set your sails to take best advantage of the wind. Revise your intentions as needed through your day. Keep an eye on your sails. Keep an eye on your intentions. When the wind shifts during your day, shift your intentions to take best advantage of changed circumstances. Re-trim your sails through your day.
Setting your sails is the way to make your journey through your day the most efficient. You arrive at your port successfully and with the least energy expended when you keep your sails trimmed.
Have an intention for everything you do and everything you do will turn out just as you intended. Practice setting intentions for everything you do.

Is it love? Is it health? Is it success? You can have what you want. You can have it all. How do you do it? You decide. Life is a decision. You can have money, happiness, health, success. You decide.
Is it possible in this economy? YES. It is especially possible because of this economy. It's possible because while everyone is taking the elevator down getting more and more negative by the day, you decide to get more and more positive and more and more positive will come your way.
This economy is a great demonstration to us of how the universe works. Negative collects negative like lint collects lint. Check out the news if you don't believe negative is collecting negative. On second thought, please do not check out the news. The news is the negative that is generating the negative.
The good news is, as you watch this phenomenon of more and more negative cascading downward, you can see by the very same universal law, you can spin upward. Just as negative collects negative, positive attracts positive. The more positive you get, the more positive comes your way.
Money, love, health, success, are all synonyms with positive. As you get more positive, your get more money, as you get more money, you get more love, as you get more love, you get more healthy, as you get more healthy, you get more success. All those words are interchangeable.
You can see that by witnessing what is happening with the negativity going on --- negativity generated by people believing what the news is telling them. You can see the more negative, the more unhappy, the more unhealthy, the more non loving, the more and more negative and scared people are getting in a downward spiral.
Decide to use that law in your favor. Watch the universal law so obviously at work with all the negativism. Decide to be positive in spite of all that is going on and decide to use the same law to get more and more positive. Decide to collect positive, decide to spin upward where you can have the money, the love, the happiness, the health---all the goodness of life. It's just a decision.
You do not have to be run by the negativity in the world. Be positive in spite of all of that and watch what happens. You will be very pleasantly surprised.

Release Technique: Is Your Computer Jammed Up? Is Computer Blocking Your Wealth, You Health, Your Happy Living?
For your mental computer, that translates into stress, anxiety, nervousness, fear, anger, and frustration to name just a few. If you cram too many programs into your subconscious mind, it's called depression.
The answer is to delete the mental programs.
You have many, many programs running in your mental computer 24/7.
One way to see the programs running in your mental computer is to watch what bugs you, what bothers you. If you see something going on out there that you don't like it points to a mental virus running in your computer. If you see some behavior that irritates you or threatens you, you probably have the same program running in your subconscious mind, your subconscious mental computer.
That's why what goes on in your daily life is a terrific gift to you if you use it to see and delete the mental programs running in the background of your life. You don't notice those behaviors in yourself because you are too close to the action. Not only that, you don't want to see all that negative programming. "I'm not that kind of person."
Your daily life is a school to teach you how to be all you are meant to be. Most people don't see it. Or, if they see it, most people aren't interested in doing anything about it. It's called inertia, habit. "I've being doing this all my life, I'm not going to change now." "I was brought up this way and I can't do anything about it." "This is the way I've always done it." There exists a whole vocabulary for keeping the old programming, most of it negative, safely in place.
If you want a different life, you have to do something different. If you want a different life, be awake to what's going on all the time. Watch your reaction to what other people say or do. Then, look, look inside and say, do I have what I just heard or saw in me? Is that person's behavior that bothers me out there, is that behavior in me?
Be constantly on the lookout inside yourself for what bothers you on the outside. It's fast way to locate and delete the negative, harmful programs operating in your life.
As you do, you will begin to free yourself of the negative programming and your life will spin upward.
Release Technique: It Scares You Out of Your Wits
Your mind likes to scare you. It's one of the things your mind does best. The more scary and negative the story your mind can tell the better your mind likes it.
These are times when your mind can run wild. Your mind flames up fears about money. It gets you very frightened about money. It tells you money is going to run out. Your world will collapse. It paints all the possible scenarios of how it can happen. Your mind is very imaginative particularly about pictures of trouble and problems.
Your mind connects with the news and energizes the negativity. The news feeds your mind. And your mind revs up.
Your mind takes the news and makes-up stories to tell you. Stories of running out of money. Your mind tells you those stories over and over.
Your mind takes the news and sensationalizes it with imaginings of losing everything you've got. A tremendous stress is overcoming those who are buying into that.
The news guys know all of this. The craft their stories so it seems like what's going on out there is real and could catch up with you. They tell you, even though you are not directly affected by what the news is saying, you should be scared out of your wits. "You could be next," they tell you. They furnish pictures of the catastrophic possibilities.
See what the news is doing to you. It's only a story being told by a guy behind the curtain. Don't be swept over the falls by all that noise. Stop talking about the news.
Stop watching and reading the news. Stop thinking about it. It's not helping you. It's not helping you have more money. It's not helping you with stress, It's not helping you be healthy. It's not helping your relationships for you to be so uptight about all this news.
Release Technique: Love Yourself. It%u2019s the Smartest Thing You Can Do
It's possible that loving yourself is a very foreign idea to you. It's possible loving yourself is the opposite of what you think you should do. Most of the people in the world are doing the exact opposite. They are hating themselves. If hate is too strong a word for you, let's say they sure don't like themselves.
You've done this or that. You haven't done this or that. Your mind will list out all the reasons not to love yourself. Let's take money. If only you would have made this move or that move. If only you wouldn't have made this or that move.
Coulda, shoulda, woulda. That's the business your mind is in.
Let's take your body, your health. Your mind says, "Look in that mirror. There isn't anything there to love. Look, your mind says. You've let yourself go. Look at those wrinkles. Look at those rolls. Look at what you have done to yourself," says your mind.
Let's take relationships. "My, oh my. How you've screwed up your relationships," says your mind. The wrong thing always seems to come out of your mouth at the wrong time and then a blow up happens. "There sure isn't anything to love about that," says your mind.
Instead of loving yourself, your mind has convinced you to criticize yourself. Your mind has convinced you to berate yourself. Your mind tells you to look for what's wrong in your life. Your mind has you convinced that somehow beating yourself up does something for you. Your mind has you convinced that beating yourself up is somehow going to make up for all the things your mind tells you that you've have done wrong.
You have been listening to your mind for quite a long time, haven't you? Your mind has been giving you advice that's taken you down, down, down.
Ask yourself. How has all that beating yourself up has helped you?
How has it solved your money and financial issues? How has it helped you solve your health or body issues? How has it helped you repair your relationships? How has it made your happier?
Of course, it has not.
The answer is to love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Speak kindly to yourself. Think kindly toward yourself. Start out by just liking yourself a little bit. Do it in spite of what your mind says. Do it in spite of all the reasons your mind gives you not to do it. Like yourself a little bit. Like yourself a little bit more. Like yourself a little bit more and then you find you can even love yourself.
Love yourself and your world changes. Your money situation changes. Your health changes. Your body doesn't look so bad after all. Your relationships seem to magically resolve themselves.
It all happens when you start doing the opposite of what you have been doing. It all happens when you start loving yourself.

Step 1.) Stop watching the news. The news is negative. The news is designed to rope you in so you'll keep watching and they can sell beer, pharmaceuticals and whatever else. The mind, your mind, everybody's mind, eats negativity for dinner. Your mind gobbles up negativity and can't get enough of it. The news people know that. They cook up all the negativity they can to keep you glued to the tube. Stop watching the news.
Step 2.) Stop talking about it. Stop talking about the money and financial news. How does it help you to talk about it all the time? It makes you more nervous, more scared and the feeling of lack grows with all that talk. The more you talk about it, the more it's on your mind. The law of attraction is whatever you have on your mind all the time, that's what you get. Stop talking about it.
Step 3.) Stop being negative. Woe is me is negative. Woe is we is negative. Watch what you are saying all day long. If only I had taken my money out of the market. If only I had put my money in the market. Regretting is negative. Complaining is negative. Doubting is negative. Watch yourself all day. End those negative habits of talk and thought.
Step 4.) Get Bigger.You think all this negative news, money news, fear news, lack news, you think it's all bigger than you. Check. You think it's bigger than you, don't you? Get bigger than all of that! Get BIGGER than the lack, the fear, the news, the noise coming out of your mind. Get bigger. Get MUCH BIGGER than all of that.
Step 5.) Make a Decision. Negative attracts negative and positive attracts positive. That's the law of the universe. Each moment you have a decision to make. I am going to be positive, I am going to be negative. It is a decision. Decide to be positive in spite of whatever is going on. You decide. I am going to be positive in spite of what my mind is saying. I am going to be bigger than all the garbage out there and I am going to be positive in spite of whatever is happening. It's a decision.
Decide. Take the Five Action Steps and money will flow your way.
Release Technique: Talking about it all the time does nothing good for you.
Talking about negative does not ever bring about positive. You can check that statement against your own experience. Has anyone you know solved any trouble or problem by talking about it?

That's why you really have to watch closely to see how television is programming you with its programs. People's language, the words they use, often parrots television programming. People's thinking matches television programming. Just as with your laptop or desktop you get programmed and your output matches the programming.
The television news has been programming people for over a year now about an economic downturn, financial troubles and problems. It's no wonder there are money troubles happening. People's mental computers have been programmed and the programs are playing.
People are fed information. They are fed a program about how things are with their money, their body, their health, and the program begins to play out in their life just as a program plays out on your laptop or desktop.
Watch television programs, television news programming, television advertisement programming. Watch the programming. Watch wide awake to what's going on. Seeing what's going on is the only way to have a chance to correct the programming in your mental computer.

Watch the television programs programming you. Decide if you want those programs running in your mental computer or not. It's a decision. Rather than being programmed, see it and drop it. What is pessimism? Pessimism is, I cannot do it, I cannot have it, I cannot be it. I cannot. If that's a person's mindset, for them it is true.
Optimism is, I can do it. Yes. I can. I can have it. I can do it.
It's simple. Whatever you think, you get. If you're pessimistic, you're going to have a lot more to be pessimistic about. If you're optimistic you're going to have a lot more to be optimistic about. If you put a shoe in an oven, the oven will bake the shoe, it doesn't care. If you put negative, pessimism in the oven the oven will turn out more pessimism.
Optimism is needed. Not for the world. The world is going to do what it's going to do. Optimism is needed for YOU. You get optimistic by letting go of the pessimism. Ignore the pull of pessimism. Decide. I am not going to get into pessimism. Doing that turns you more optimistic. Do it all the time and all the time you are becoming more optimistic.
Good things come to the optimistic just like not so good things go to those who expect not so good things, called pessimists.
