Sometimes just small tweaks to a site can have a major impact on sales. In this video we show you what to change first to get the biggest increase in online sales (hint: it's probably not what you think!). We also show you how to use split testing so you can measure increases in conversion rate. Test and measure to increase income. Split testing software to remove the guesswork. Google code to measure conversions per key word. Things to improve: sales letter—headline, testimonials, bonuses. Note: price is one of the least effective things to change. We found that before we could be successful with an internet business we had to identify and eliminate our sub-conscious blockages to earning passive income. In this video we discuss the blockages we had, and how we overcame them. It wasn't until then that the money began to flow. Mindset—we set goal in 2000 to retire from 7-day a week job. 4.5 years later no closer. We realised that we had blockages preventing us earning passive income, eg "I have to work hard to make money".
