John Maynard Keynes

In Search of the Illusive Higgs Boson

CERN, the home of the Large Hadron Collider

Under the border of France and Switzerland at CERN near Geneva, there is a huge 17 mile long particle accelerator. Where Are The Customers' Yachts? (Classic Book Review)

or A Good Hard Look at Wall Street, by Fred Schwed Jr.

Where Are The Customers' Yachts? is a classic finance book: An amusing take on the immorality of Wall Street and Banking. It was written by Fred Schwed Jr. in 1940 after The Great Depression and the title based on the punch-line of a joke that is reckoned to be about one hundred years old and yet it is still very relevant today. Top Ten Classic Cars in Movies

Sometimes a car in a movie or TV show can become almost as much of a star as the actors. But which are the best cars in FIlms? The many car crashes in the Blues Brothers; Epic car chase in The French Connection or the many classic and modern cars in Gone in 60 Seconds?

Dustin Hoffman and the Alfa Romeo Spider were both very early in their careers in the 1967 film, The Graduate. Dustin Hoffman has gone on to even greater achievements and the car remained in production for a further 26 years after the film. Who knows what would have happened to either of their careers if they hadn't starred together in this classic film...

What are your favourite classic or modern cars in movies or on TV?

I think it should be mandatory that we all have a lens with a list of our newest lenses, you know, our recent lens lens! We have to keep track of ourselves sometimes!

Say Andy ... so many latest and greatest lenses! You are so inspiring. May I make a suggestion? I was seeing the same intro module image ... why not put the words of the lens title over those to distinguish one from the other? Hugs.
