Amazon aStores - What Shoppers Really Want

Idle surfers may want to read the unsupported opinions of anonymous "experts," but shoppers -- the people who can make you some real money -- want choices.

The idea that you can persuade anyone to buy something they don't want by bloviating about how remarkable it is is simply ridiculous! Nobody wants to wait 20 seconds for a streaming video ad to load just so they can find out how much you like Harry Potter. They want fast, focussed, friendly searches that lead them quickly to unbiased information about a range of products that closely match their criteria -- in short they want Amazon aStores.       ... We Can Help You Find What You're Looking For

For legal reasons, I must insist that you visit "virtual Springfield". Thank you.

My Klingon-inspired space-age 'bots have determined that these products will amaze and delight you. Please do not get fingerprints on the display case.

If you can not find an item in the store directory, kindly perform an online search, as I am conducting an inventory of Wonder Woman comics, and I do not wish to be disturbed.

How Does This Work?

You may be able to recommend products to your friends, knowing as you do something about their likes and dislikes and their current needs. But what about the anonymous web-page visitor?

Guesswork at best. We can point you at what is currently popular, which is at least likely to be partly right most of the time.

New aStores @ Amazon.com

There is more to the new Amazon.com aStores beta than meets the eye.

The aStores dispense with the extraneous navigational clutter found on the regular Amazon pages. They have a cleaner look, but more importantly they are refreshingly fast!
