Who is Anthony Bourdain?
Anthony Bourdain is a highly regarded writer, chef, and television star. He was born in New York in 1956. Anthony attended school at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After graduating, he worked as a chef at New York City's Supper Club, One Fifth Avenue, and Sullivan's before coming to Les Halles.
Bourdain has written several books and has hosted such popular television shows as Kitchen Confidential, and A Cook's Tour on the Food Network. Bourdain's latest television show is called Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations which is aired on the Travel Channel.

- Tony Bourdain is a New Jersey native living in New York. His life is fascinating and I would like to trade with him for one day. He certainly eats well. I enjoy the man, even when he is at his most 'snarky'. Happy holiday and have a peaceful holiday season. See you around the galaxy...
