Welcome to Facial Exercise Basics

Facial exercise is considered to be one of the fastest all natural programs these days which is based on muscle resistance training. People who practice facial exercises are mostly to get rid of the unwanted wrinkles.

As the process goes on, the cheekbones, jaws, and the nose are redefined. It also alleviates the papery skin around the neck and under the eyes. The lip becomes fuller and the nose is more defined.

Facial exercise may increase blood circulation to the face permitting more oxygen and nutrients to reach the cells whisking the old and damaged ones. It also increases the ability of the skin to absorb moisture thus revealing a healthy and cleaner skin.

The Basics of Facial Execise 

Exercise for the Neck and Throat

The support of facial muscles plays a vital part on the appearance of one's skin. With the presence of wrinkles and loose skins on the neck and throat area, it makes one appear much older than he/she is supposed to look. That is why facial exercises designed for the neck and throat area was developed to help the muscles remain smooth and firm to show a much younger looking skin.

Here are suggested facial exercises which bring about the natural glow of the skin.

Step 1: 

Sit upright and tilt the head back looking at the ceiling. Keep the lips closed and then start a chewing movement. Feel the muscles working in the neck and throat area and be amazed of the results. Do the procedure for 20 times.

Step 2: 

Sit upright and tilt head back looking at the ceiling and keep lips closed and relaxed. Start puckering the lips together in a kiss and stretch it as if it was trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep the lips puckered for 10 counts then relax. Bring the head back to its normal position and repeat the procedure 5 times.

Step 3: 

Sit upright with head back looking at the ceiling. Keep lips closed and relaxed. Move the lower over the top lip as far as possible and keep it until the count of 5. Relax and repeat the procedure 5 times.

Step 4: 

Lie on the bed with head hanging down over the edge. Slowly bring up the head up towards the torso and keep it there until the count of ten. Relax and lower the head towards the floor again. Repeat the procedure 5 times.

Step 5: 

Sit upright and move face forward. Keep the lips together. Separate the teeth by dropping the jaw and pushing the jaw forward until the count of 10. Bring back to the starting position and repeat the procedure 5 times.
