- I try to get all my antioxidants everyday! After my supplements, I try to eat a diet rich in fruits, and vegetables to make sure I get the other phytochemicals only found in food. However, my antioxidant supplements provide great protection for me.

- Thanks for this lens. I've heard of "free radicals" before, but never quite understood what was needed to get rid of them. Of course a balanced diet is essential, but I generally don't pay attention to the antioxidants I'm getting in my diet, and am thinking now that I'd probably really benefit from an antioxidant supplement.
