photographing sound, artists and motions
Anton Corbijn started his career as a photographer in the 70's with portraits of David Bowie, Lou Reed, Miles Davis, Peter Gabriel and Joy Division.
It was Corbijn who created the public image of U2 in the 80's and he still continues to shape it.
For more than three decades now he has been taking photos of the greatest artists in the music world, cinema and beyond. This has made Corbijn one of the most influential portrait photographers of today. His work has been exhibited throughout Europe, USA and Japan.
In addition to his vocation as a photographer, Corbijn is also working as a filmmaker and designer, he has authored numerous books, directed music videos and created many album covers.

- Great lens, but you knew that :) Just wanted to remind you that this is featured on the The Netherlands Headquarters
http://www.squidoo.com/groups/Netherlands
It's now transformed into a lensography and I would love it if you could show your appreciation by featuring it here, or lensrolling it or something.

- I loved your music video doc as well, and how honest you were in talking about your fear during the MYSTERIOUS WAYS film shoot. I use it as a teaching guide in my film class.
