Not everything can be composted

Second--What Can Be Composted.

When composting these item--USE WORMS to hurry the process because they take longer to break down.These items will make your compost smell and attract unwanted vermin--such as beetles, roaches, mice and rats:
-Any dairy product (milk, cheese,yogurt, cream,etc.)
-Uncooked Rice
-Pasta
-Baked Beans
-Bread Products
-Cake
-Animal Waste (and Human!!-->YES)

What Can Be Composted QUICKLY WITHOUT SMELL AND WORMS--these break down very quickly:
-All Fresh Vegetables (including potato peelings, onion skins, produce trimmings,etc)
-All Fresh Fruits (Including banana peels,orange peels, apple or pear cores, etc.)
-Freezer-burned fruit or vegetables

-Nut shells (except pistacio)

I actually produce quite a bit of compost in my little apartment in California. The compost gets used in my potted plants and I've actually started sharing around to other people in my apartment complex.

Some people tell me I should start selling organic compost from home.
