Over the years, Apple has been content to update the technical characteristics of its Mac Mini so that they meet the standard specifications of the moment. Like all Apple machines, the Mac mini have moved from IBM PowerPC processors to Intel ones, and the models follow this logic completely. It is the Latest Gadget Launched my Apple.

The Mac mini lineup is composed of two machines. The entry level consists of a unit with a Core 2 Duo 2.26 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and a HDD 500 GB. High-end s'architecture is build around a processor at 2.53 GHz, 4 GB of memory and a hard disk of 320 GB. They share a very complete connectivity (5 USB ports, a dual-DisplayPort video output and mini-DVI port FireWire 800, an Ethernet port, audio input and output separate WiFi and Bluettooth) Nvidia GeForce 9400M graphics, and a SuperDrive DVD burner. Some minor technical differences to justify the price differences between the two models: 550 and 750 euros. Nevertheless, Mac mini Apple machines are more affordable Tech Gadget.

The Mac mini 2.53 GHz has the latest Apple operating system Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and come equipped with iLife 09 (iPhoto, iMovie, Garage Band and iWeb 09). Web and multimedia poses no problem for these machines. Their power is sufficient so far to more greedy software. The Mac mini is perfect as small machines for advanced home use (or even slightly more).
