The Art of Changing Patterns

If you want to change something in your life. You have to make a change. Do something one step at a time. Learn from nature and the Japanese concept of Wabi-sabi. The one thing in life that we can count on is change. Embrace expressions of art that reflect Sabi or the beauty and serenity that comes with age and the process of change.

Enjoy art as a meditation. Embrace the changing patterns of your life.

i get happy. I don't like the feeling of stagnation, of remaining exactly the same. I want to get on with it... which means very slow change feels weird, and transitions sticky. Top of the wave and the bottom of the wave.. transition points. Recognizing that, though, focuses me on the moment and I can feel the pleasure of change at the speed of mountains

I like change. It's fun to see people and situations evolve. I even like seeing the colour of my hair changing.

That sand drawing is mind blowing - that girl must be channelling energy in some way.
