    Sometimes, it's totally worth it to outsource the articles. However, I find that by the time I write the bid, proofread the work, pay the client... I could have written several articles. I guess it all depends on what I need. Excellent lens!

Add your articles to your site too?

Sure, you can submit your articles to EzineArticles.com and the other high profile article directories. And you should.

But there is another use too. Publish them on your website. Here is an example:

Sidenote: You might wonder if I know they're really called lenses. Yep, I sure do. But some folks who hit the search engines dont know that so I reckon they're typing in 'web pages'. Actually I'm not smart enough to figure that out on my own, but a bit of keyword research revealed this useful morsel of info.

It does take a little extra effort to make this version different to the one submitted to EzineArticles but in view of duplicate content filters it is definitely worth doing.

I simply go through and rewrite a few words in most sentences. Replace with synonyms. Rearrange the order of the bits of a sentence. Delete a bit, say half a sentence. Add a bit here and there.

It's all easy enough to do and requires very little brain power.

Then I link it to a page that the search engines know about, and I'm done.

What To Say In Postscripts

All your sales letters, web site letters, and memos should have a post script at the end. There is almost universal agreement about that. Marketers do it. Copywriters do it. Even the birds and bees do it (oops, that sounds like a line from a song).

Why? Because 60% of people read a P.S. BEFORE they read the rest of your letter. It only makes sense that your P.S. should contain important information that makes the sale.
