Arvixe Review, About Arvixe Web Hosting Service

As someone who wanted his online business to be on the most
solid footing possible, the choice of a superior web hosting
company was an absolutely vital one. I wanted bandwidth.
Multiple domain name options. cPanel with fantastico.

As close to 100% uptime as is humanly--or virtually--possible;
and most importantly, fantastic support and customer service
in case I got in over my head at any moment.

When I began my quest for a rock solid business website host at an
affordable price, I had no idea how daunting the task would be. On first
glance, and the compiling of feature comparison tables, it seemed
hard to differentiate between those who offered at least the bare
minimum of my requirements, based on more than their different
web hosting plans and pricing.

But then, when I began to look at customer reviews, separating
them became near impossible. Over and over, I came across pitiful
tales of non-helpful, unsympathetic, or sarcastic customer
service non-representatives; and delayed or nonexistent
responses to cries for help.

And oh, yes, some companies, some of the bigger and well-
known web hosts, had their champions. Who were perfectly
satisfied with the level of web hosting and quality of support
they were receiving. But those same web hosting companies
seemed to have many naysayers as well.

But then I stumbled across a seemingly little-known web host
named Arvixe. And I was stunned to find virtually no negative
feedback about them anywhere on the Internet!

Customer after customer after customer raved about Arvixe.
About Arvixe's expertise and helpfulness, in solving problem
after problem.

Based on that tsunami of customer satisfaction, I ended
up choosing Arvixe as my e-commerce web host.

And I am so very glad I did.

(Since then, I have found a few negatives about them, but the
alleged complaints do not seem to be possible, based
on the responses I always get from them, any time of
day or night.)

So far, Arvixe support has been as smooth as a baby's bare
backside! And having supervised up to 30 customer
service reps at once, I know excellent customer
service when I see it. In fact, Arvixe has provided
me the most consistently excellent customer
service I have ever gotten, from any one
company.

Every time I have asked for help with their online chat
function, they have responded in 30 seconds or less.
And they have been helpful and courteous to me at
all times, as well. With none of the technical
"snobbery" so often reported with some of
the other web host representatives.

One time, they helped my technical support guy install
an unusual script, on a Saturday morning no less!

I opened a ticket flagged with only a medium priority at
the Arvixe Support Suite at 10:09 A.M., and got the
expected autoresponder confirmation right away.

It took me a while to catch up with my support guy-it was a Saturday.And
then a while before I finished enjoying my Saturday evening with my wife.
And it was not until after midnight Saturday that I got around to emailing my
answer to Steve's question. Imagine my second surprise, to receive their
answer, at 2:44 A.M. that same Sunday morning:

I was floored by that, excellent customer service extending
apparently from top to bottom.

Is Arvixe Web Hosting right for you and your website? I have no way of knowing,
since I do not know you. Or how serious you are about your business and your
web hosting.

But if you want an internet hosting service with this level of customer
support. And that also delivers on the the important features and
benefits side. With the flexibility to install and support applications
that were not part of the initial server setup, I don't know how you
can do better than the hosting provided by Arvixe.com.
