Ascension is merely the next step in the evelutionary process, and is about reaching the point where you are ready to lift your self up to higher light frequencies, whereby the 5 th dimension becomes available and visible. This is not only for the few chosen ones, but is available for every being in all of the universe. Asension can be achieved on an individual basis, with in the timeframe the being choses to experience he´s or her´s spiritual growth. Ascension is inevedable and will be achieved at some point or another.

I will give you a more clear view of what is Asencion.
To do that you have to begin to understand who you really are.

You on a journey to remember who you really are, a soul that is part of God, a co-creator with God, an unlimeted being of Light - Love and Power.

But all this you have to find out by your self, because you already know this, but you forgot it in order to remember it again.

Your Soul speaks to you and are with you at all times, imagine this: your mind is like a lake, and the Soul sends images to reflect on your minds lake, but the problem is that your thoughts are like waves on that lake, and they distort the image from your Soul, so you only get litle glimses, like a suddan understanding on a problem you have been working on, or a deja vu, or a feeling of knowingness to take the right action, and so forth.

So in essense all you have to do is to quiet all your mostly ridiculous thoughts of worry and fear, and listen to the amazing loving inner guidence that will show you the way.

Pretty simple, right?

So to lift your self up to higher light frequencies, whereby the 5 th dimension becomes available and visible, you need to work on 3 aspects

1. Lift your conciousness.

2. Build up your light quotient.

3.Working on full antakarana opening and merger with your Soul.

So how is this accomplished.

Every day for 10 minutes or more quiet your mind and experience the many dimensions of your Soul.

Deside, declare, express and redeem who you really are.

To give you a head start here are 3 great understandings:

1. We are all ONE.

2. There is enough.
(There is enough of everything, you think you
need to be happy, there is enough time, money, food and love.)

3. There is nothing you have to do.
(Do everything out of, you want to do it out of love)

Buildt up your higher light frequencies, your light quotient in your field and Working on full antakarana opening and merger with your Soul.

A key is to constantly make sure that all incoming energy, you create only light, love, joy,positivety, appropriate spiritual action, there are numoures ways.

Spriritual practices such as meditating, praying, positive affirmations and visualizations, reading spiritual material, chanting Gods names, attending spiritual lectures, workshops and semenars.

Give love to all you encounter in your life, but most importantly Love your self and Love the world.
