    Wow, such a comprehensive lens. I find that controlling panic attacks can be difficult when you lack the confidence in yourself. Personally, I took up exercising regularly to help regulate my mood throughout the day. It became especially important when I was feeling particularly stressed. Meditation and breathing exercises also helped me to become calmer and allowed me to gain more control of myself when I feel overwhelmed in stressful situations.

    I just feel so much better knowing that I am not going crazy after reading this I think it is ptsd after an abusive arranged marriage that still trying to get out of with help. Cant imagine ever being in another relationship, have nightmares and cry for no reason am nervous and full of anger that my family got me into this.

    It helped me to see that I am not the only one and gives hope. Ha noticed I am holding my breath almost always good to know and remember I need to breath :)

    Good lens, My anxiety and panic attacks need to be better managed seems I forgot what to do the economic issues are stressful

    Good stuff here, nice job I used to have panic attacks and general anxiety with social phobias feel much more in charge now and know I can survive it, thanks to a great therapist and his help. That white noise machine works!

    yes, this is me...I am on an RX for anxiety and have been since my experience with Domestic Violence

    I use a lot of OCD tactics to battle my anxiety! ugh

    thanks for helping teach people about this disorder
