The Best Damn Job has opened up a whole new world for Shuntez, since I began working from home. The things I've gained and the freedom it's given me. It's also really cool to have cutting edge technology at your fingertips and use that technology to be closer to friends and family.
1. The reason why I'll never go back to work in the tradition market place again. It's a whole new mindset working for yourself. Promoting a business, marketing yourself, Helping people realize their goals. Working from home changes your whole self confidence and makes you believe you can change your little corner of the world.
2. The unexpected pleasures I've found from the comforts of my home. Meeting new friends or potential life-long relationships. Being able to express yourself to world through different types of media, blogging, videos, and social networking. Helping others can be more rewarding than we realize. Psychologically we're building our confidence in our ability to be a leader. Which is definitely something you need to be successful in this biz.

But it's growing daily. Technology like ooVoo, Skype, and Message Magic are going to redefine how people work online and how they communicate with family and friends.

What motivates Shuntez ? Why I'll never fill out another application again.
Why I know there's a higher purpose for Shuntez out there.
After working for years and years for traditional company as a Land Surveying. I've come to the realization that being just another number SUCKS. Working your tail off to impress a boss, supervisor, or manager is a complete waist of time. I grew up with my grandparents, and they always taught me that if you worked twice as hard as the next man you could make a name for yourself. WRONG!!!!! See I worked late and took work home, studied on my own time, worked through lunch and where did that get me... laid-off just like everyone else.
See the problem with that theory is your immediate supervisor or manager isn't the one making decisions. The person who actually see's how hard you work on a daily basis has 4 people above him. The owners, VIP's, and CEO's only remember you from the company picnic or for parking in their space.
So I encourage you if you're not happy with your current situation. If you're not doing something that you absolutely love, If you know that deep down there's something out there that's much BIGGER, FIND A NICHE. Something that makes you feel good inside and meaningful... Spend more time with the people that matter the most..
So now I work for myself. I'm my own boss. All from the comforts of my own home. I take my son to school and come back home and clock in. Connecting and meeting new people, marketing, and having fun with cool new gadgets. But most importantly I know that the work I do COUNTS. For me, for my business, for my future. I'm originally from Indianapolis, Indiana but currently resided in Charlotte, NC. I get to go home and visit usually once a year. It's only me and my son living in our house so sometimes I yearn for a little adult interaction. It's hard being 500 miles away from my family. But now with Skype they seem closer than ever. Being able to have face to face calls with them is amazing. You can also send videos or photos at the touch of a button. It's almost inconceivable. Skype lets you do that and so much more and it's FREE. And there are lots of interest cool things out there that are free or very low cost. Great Stuff on Amazon
