Some of the words that come to my mind when i imagine a baby staring at me. Its hard to fathom what those eyes are trying to convey. But, one thing is for sure..they are trying to connect with us.

In our daily humdrum of life, these small twinkles of eyes, or the twitching of these pudgy noses..or just the wild cyclical movement of their tiny feet, is often ignore and forgotten, as we have so many deadlines to meet!

05 Converse with your baby - as you would with your Grandpa or a with your teacher..Talk about nature, A new sound, A new pet..anything associated with nature.

Scientists in Finland say eating chocolate during pregnancy may make for happier, livelier babies. According to a report in New Scientist magazine, the scientists believe mood-altering chemicals in chocolate may be responsible.

But, according to Nigel Denby of the British Dietetic Association -
"While chocolate can stimulate the release of serotonin, the happy hormone, it is unlikely that this will cross the placenta and affect the baby," he told BBC News Online.

So, Chocolate can indeed be a happy hormone stimulator, it should be consumed with caution because of its calories, leading to a high risk situation for expectant mothers.

Times are changing and being in the fast lane is considered the only way to survive the competition. The era of 'Innocence' has been replaced by 'Instant results'.
