The development of baby boomers becoming entrepreneurs as late Bloomers is a major shift in life that is just becoming visible. Just like you suggesting that baby boomer women don't want pants with elastic, baby boomers don't seem to want retirement as it has been defined in the past. A new form of work life balance is being forged as the result.
