Baby Calico Kitten

She is only about 6-8 weeks old here and a bit "cautious" around us big humans.

But in the next few weeks, you'll see how much she enjoys us, and now even sleeps on my leg when we are outside with her.

This little sweet kitten loves to play...with ANYTHING.

She got bored with the paper wads, and the string, so she found the next best thing!

A LEAF!

It makes noise, she can chase it in the wind, and she can.....well, doesn't she look like the "cat the caught the canary"?

Just like our indoor kitties, Baby LOVES to play!

And what better way to play than chasing a Lazor Light! She has a blast, pouncing on it, "catching" it, and just wondering what the heck that thing is!!!!

Randi (pictured here with Baby) has been one of our outdoor feline friends for a couple of years. AND it just so happens that she is also Baby's Big Sister!

But when Randi first was "introduced" to Baby, Baby was not happy. She would hiss, growl, chase (yes, I said CHASE, and Randi ran), and do everything not to get along with Randi. It certainly didn't help that Momma Kitty terrorize Randi at times too.

Well, Randi was here first, so Baby and I talked. I told her she and Big Sis were just going to have to get along. Winter is coming and they need to keep each other warm, because Momma Kitty probably won't be around much.

Well, just so happens after two weeks of Baby "playing her games", I got this photo! Doesn't Baby look Proud of herself???
