The first one that I've tried is Gov - Resources dot com . The interface is really easy to use and the price is excellent.
It's only $19.95 for unlimited searches for a year OR $29.95 for 5 years of unlimited searches.
#2--Usability-wise, I liked NetDetective dot com better and I seemed to have a better hit ratio. This is a good value as well as you get unlimited searches for 3 years with NetDetective dot com
