BadAss Exercise Loves the Rubber Bands
BadAss Exercise has been bitten by the Rubber Band Exercises. Originally I bought bands to take on trips when I could not get to my Bowflex. Now my Bowflex is lonely because of the long smooth exercises I do with my bands. Adjusting my resistance for most of my exercises is as simple as moving closer or further from my door anchor. I love the Progressive Resistance the bands give as they get stronger the more they are stretched. I use a high attachment and a low anchor point to changeup the load in my workouts. Moving from exercise to exercise gives me no rest. I want to go back to the gym because my Bodylastic Bands give me no rest. The burn is as hot as you want to make it.
