Boot Camp Workouts For That Perfect Beach Body
What if I told you that you could start losing weight and getting in shape in only 1 hour per week? You'd probably think I was crazy, right? Well what if I told you that I'd trained superstars in Hollywood and helped them create perfect bodies for their movies? Am I starting to convince you yet? Well the truth is that you definitely can get in shape and lose weight in 20 minutes per day, 3 times per week. All you have to do is follow what I call, the boot camp method. Here is what I mean:When soldiers go to boot camp, they basically cram as much information and instruction in as little time as possible. Boot camp is essentially a crash course in becoming a soldier. This includes getting in shape and learning job skills. Well with your body, this is a very similar process. Through a body boot camp, you are teaching your body how to adapt to a rigorous lifestyle and showing it which muscles it needs to build up and which fat stores it needs to give up. A body boot camp is a way to force your body into submission in a matter of weeks, rather than years.
The principles behind the boot camp method are simple, you increase intensity and lower duration of exercise. My favorite way to do this is by taking you through a course of different exercises and doing them for 1 minute each, at maximum intensity. Sure, 20 minutes doesn't seem like a lot, but the truth is that by the end you will be sore and exhausted. However, this is good, it means your body isn't used to the effort. When your body does get used to the effort, then you simply use a more difficult exercise or increase the duration (at the same intensity of course!).
My boot camp method is a way to train your body to increase its metabolism and build strength, rather than to lie dormant. You are training your muscles too, through the course of rigorous exercise. As a result, they will start to react to your training and become stronger and more efficient. You will also notice an increased metabolism, which will provide you with more energy then ever before. A lot of methods require you to spend hours working out or doing cardio, but they are useless without high intensity sessions. Negative Calorie Food
Maybe you've heard of this, maybe you haven't, but is it true? Are there really foods that have negative calories? Well, plain water has zero calories, and black coffee and tea, but the only actual foods that I can think of that have no calories might be cardboard and Styrofoam packing chips. But before you head on over to the post office for lunch, there are real foods out there that actually work even better.Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories that the food actually contains! Calories from these foods are much harder for the body to use. In other words, the body has to work hard in order to extract calories from these foods. Even though a food may contain equal amount of calories, much less of these calories can possibly turn into fat in negative calorie foods as fewer calories are actually available to the body. This gives these foods a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.
Consider the facts:
1. A piece of dessert consisting of 400 Calories may only require 150 Calorie to digest by our body, resulting in a net gain of 250 calories which is added to your body fat!
2. On the other hand, a 5 calorie piece of celery may require 150 calorie to digest, but resulting in a net loss of 145 calories from our body fat !! So the more you eat, the more fat you lose!!!
Therefore, these foods are said to be good for achieving fat loss naturally without starving.
How it works?
All foods have a nutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein), caloric (calories) and vitamin & mineral content. Vitamins stimulate living tissues to produce enzymes that breakdown the caloric nutrients of that food.
The foods with negative calorie contain sufficient vitamins & minerals that produce enzymes in quantities sufficient to break down not only its own calories, but additional calories present in digestion as well. This is called "negative calorie effect".
