    Roasted Vegetables

    Ingredients

  • 5-6 Red Potatoes
  • 1-2 Yellow Onions
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Stick of Butter or Vegetable Oil
  • Lawrys Seasoning

  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Chop all the vegetable into bite sized peices. Place them all in a lage container. Heat the butter in a seprate bowl in the microwave. Toss in with the vegetables. Seal the container and shake, making sure all the vegetables are coated.

Spead coated vegetables onto a roasting pan. Sprinkle with Lawreys Seasoning. Place in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.

Remove and enjoy. Be careful. They are Hot.

    Bread just about anything.

You can do this with boneless chicken breast, fish fillets, ground beef or turkey or even your favorite vegetables. I personally like Talapia.

You will need 2 plates, Milk, Seasoned Bread Crumbs and Salt & Pepper.

Preheat your Oven to 400-425 Degrees. Spray a baking Dish or roasting pan with Cooking Spray.

Dip Your Meat into the milk. Make sure it is nice and coated. Then lay it on the bread crumbs. Flip it and coat the other side. Keep flipping till it has a nice coating of bread crumbs. Place in the dish or pan. Repeat with the other servings of meat.

Sprinkle top of each serving with salt and pepper.

Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, 'til cooked through or to taste.

You may want to expiriment with frying in a frying pan instead of baking. Baking will have less grease. It is better for you.

    Simple Pizza Dough

    INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk

    DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is set.

Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
