Ingredients to Make Many Different Meals.
Do you find yourself wondering around the kitchen and Pantry looking for everything you need to cook a complete meal for your family. I have been working on a list of ingredients that should be in your kitchen, freezer and refrigerator.
These are the items that will work in numerous different recipies and will allow you to always have something that you can make for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This lens is going to be an ever growing list and recipes. If you have a recipe or an ingregient that you think should be on the list permanently, make a comment and I will consider adding it to the list. Also feel free to leave recipes that use the ingrediens provided.

- Cereal (Keep some Corn Flakes Around as well as your favorite breakfast cereal)
- Vegetable Oil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Canned Vegetables (Carrots, Green Beans, Mixed Vegetables)
- Canned Soup (Cream of Mushroom or Celery, Tomato Soup, Chicken Noodle)
- Potato Chips (Original as well as snacking flavors)
- White Rice
- Peanut Butter
- Jelly
- Tomato Sauce
- Pasta (Spaghetti, Rottini, Your Favorites)
- Microwave Popcorn
- Canned Mushrooms
- Potatoes (baking or red)
- Bottles of Soda & Juice
- Bread Crumbs

Oven Roasted Talapia
Ingredients:
Directions:
Spray your cooking dish with the cooking spray. Then place the talapia in the dish leaving a little room between them. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with Tarter Sauce.
Simple Tacos
Directions:
Brown Your Grown Beef and Drain the excess grease. Pour in about a half cup of water. Mix in the Taco Seasoning. Let Simmer untilwater reduces and makes a nice sauce with the seasoning.
Build Your Tacos Any Way You Want using the rest of the ingredients.

Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Chop all the vegetable into bite sized peices. Place them all in a lage container. Heat the butter in a seprate bowl in the microwave. Toss in with the vegetables. Seal the container and shake, making sure all the vegetables are coated.
Spead coated vegetables onto a roasting pan. Sprinkle with Lawreys Seasoning. Place in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
Remove and enjoy. Be careful. They are Hot.
Bread just about anything.
You will need 2 plates, Milk, Seasoned Bread Crumbs and Salt & Pepper.
Preheat your Oven to 400-425 Degrees. Spray a baking Dish or roasting pan with Cooking Spray.
Dip Your Meat into the milk. Make sure it is nice and coated. Then lay it on the bread crumbs. Flip it and coat the other side. Keep flipping till it has a nice coating of bread crumbs. Place in the dish or pan. Repeat with the other servings of meat.
Sprinkle top of each serving with salt and pepper.
Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, 'til cooked through or to taste.
You may want to expiriment with frying in a frying pan instead of baking. Baking will have less grease. It is better for you.
Simple Pizza Dough
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is set.
Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
