Strategy Game Review - Be A King

The world is a very large place filled with kingdoms that are controlled by different kings and queens and lords of that land. You have just been made the prince of one of these kingdoms and now you must developer your kingdom and ensure it continues to grow and expand.

Within your kingdom there are many villages, towns and cities that you can visit and complete goals. Once these goals are complete you can then progress onto other locations. Each location might have different goals such as reaching a certain population, earning a certain amount of money or even building a certain type of building.

As you do progress through the game you will be able to unlock new buildings that can offer new advantages. Each building however does have requirements such as resources required, and even how many builders are needed to complete the building. If you dont have enough then you will have to spend some gold and hire some.

Builders are not the only thing you will need to hire, you will also have to look into hiring hero's. If you land is attacked by bandits and even monsters then you will need to protect your people, this is done by sending your hero's to battle and fight off any on coming enemies.

Upgrade Buildings
Use resources so that you can improve buildings that you already have. This will result in getting more food or income from them!

Send Your Hero's On Quests
After you have hired some hero's you can then either keep them in your town ready to fight off any attackers or you can send them out on a quest if one is available. This might be a quest such as exploring a cave or killing a dragon.

Defend Your Kingdom!
Life is not always quiet and peaceful as you improve the quality of life with improvements, sometimes you might even have to prepare for battle! With on coming monsters or bandits, you will have to send your hero's to stop them and to help save your people!

This game was both fun and enjoyable, it was very simple yet it offered a lot of challenges. The game starts with you going through a couple of villages that have been set up as a tutorial to teach you how to play the game. These tutorials are quick and simple yet they teach you everything needed to know to progress and experience the main part of the game They will also help you to build up your empire!

One really enjoyable feature of the game is the fact that you can both hire hero's and either send them out on quests or use them to protect your people. Sending Hero's on quests can sometimes even cause a disaster, therefore you have to gamble on if its a good idea to send them or not. You will also want to ensure that you have at least 1 more hero in your town in case you are attacked while the hero is on their quest.

As you do progress through the game you will start to develop much bigger villagers, towns and even great cities to give home to the people that wish to live in your land. You then need to ensure that they are protected if they need to be!
