Its getting closer to that time where all of the kids go back to college. This is a fun time of year. I always looked forward to getting back to school. To seeing my friends that I haven't seen over the summer. And spending time in a educational environment.

Being away at school always seemed like a 9 month break from the real world. Especially if you don't have to work your way through. I was lucky to just be able to concentrate on my education.

Dorm Room Furniture

My college dorm room at the University of Illinois was a 15x10 cinder block box with a bunk bed, dresser and a desk. Wow! That's comfort. Thank goodness my roommate brought his oversized bean bag chair. It was a much better seat for reading and studying than my hard wooden desk. As I got to know more people on the floor, more and more bean bags were seen in each dorm room. It was preferred college seating. With little dorm room parties you'd have on the weekend, you'd sit on the floor playing cards or drinking games. Everyone would fight to sit on the bean bag.

Today, bean bags aren't just for dorm rooms anymore! The truth is, bean bag designs have come a long way. There are so many shapes, sizes, fillings and fabrics. You can have any color to match your existing decor. And the biggest factor is, they are darn comfortable to sit on.

I was actually looking for a lens that can point me to where I can get a home staging accreditation and I came across into this! But I'm grateful! I'm investing on furniture while doing home staging and bean bags are just one of the best items that can make a house comfortable and elegant! Thanks for sharing this! 5 stars!

Bean bags and bean chairs are great for younger kids as well as students. There are so many styles and shapes to choose from now, it's difficult to make up your mind. I've always loved bean bags, they are just so comfortable!
