So..What Pants Does Bear Grylls Wear?
Bear Grylls pants are some of the toughest outdoor clothing that I have ever worn. They have re-enforced knees, ankles and seat. They also boast sun protection and the perfect amount of pockets.

If I could design a pair of trousers for traveling, hiking, climbing, and kayaking then these would be the result. They are great. Bear Grylls pants are really comfy and made of a light weight material yet they are super rugged and hold up to just about any abuse you can throw at them. The seat and knees are made of a reinforced stretch material that adds even more comfort to these pants. They are by far my favorite pair of outdoor pants

I recently took these kayaking and dunked my kayak ( I know.. I know amateur move) but much to my surprise they did not weigh me down at all in the water, they were really comfy to swim in. Once I got back in my yak they dried in about 15 minutes. They were comfy when they were wet and did not chaff me anywhere.

Bear Combats
These pants are very similar to the above combat pants but do not have the re-enforced knees, and seat. They are coated with a dry finish so that they shrug off water and when they do get wet they dry in minutes. These are a little baggier than the above survivor pants but still have a great range of motion.

Bear combat pants have plenty of storage without pocket overkill and are great for climbing, hiking, travel and camping. They are also stylish to where when you are back in civilization!

The Bear Grylls Trek Long Sleeve shirt is extremely light weight and breathable. This is a great shirt for spring, fall and even in the dead of summer. This is my main go-to camping shirt and even in the summer months in South Carolina this shirt keeps me comfortable and protected from the sun.The shirt is made of a quick drying, polyamide ripstop material with stretch panels on the shoulders and elbows. Oh yeah it also has built in sun protection. The three pockets come in handy as well. Two vented chest pockets and and zip sleeve pocket. The sleeves also have the ability to be rolled up and buttoned below the shoulder. over all this shirt is fantastic, it will take a beating and still come back looking for more. This Jacket is Awesome, what can I say. I am so happy with this purchase, it really is two totally different jackets in one. The gray side has the pockets laterally just below the chest and the fleece reverse, has the pockets right at the sides. Both ways you wear the Bear Grylls reversible tracker jacket are ultra comfy and dying to get out in the elements. A must have for any outdoor gear head!

A great piece of kit, so good I bought a second. It's so versatile can be worn next to the skin (fleece side) in warmer conditions. I wear mine to walk the dog early in the morning, just get up pull it on and off we go, super soft fleece very cosy. In colder conditions a base layer underneath is sufficent and when it starts raining I just throw a very lightweight waterproof smock over the top. Not sure why it's reversible though as can't imagine wearing it fleece side out as it's so soft and cosy - no brainer.

The Bear Grylls Gerber Knife is a full tang fixed blade with a 4 inch serrated blade and a whole lot of extras. The knife handle is made from an orange and black non slip rubber. it has 3 lanyard holes so that it can be fixed to a spear and a micro survival whistle attached to the lanyard strap on the back of the handle. The butt of the knife doubles as a pummel with a steel textured surface similar to the texture of a carpenters hammer. I like this feature a lot better than the Gerber prodigy with the pointed butt. It is more functional for the everyday, non-knife-fighting type.

The sheath is also as impressive. It is a kydex blade holder that also has a spot for the provided fire stick or what I refer to as a metal match. The back of the sheath has a blade sharpener and finally it also has a mini survival manual that tucks into the back of the sheath as well.

Overall this is a pretty mean looking knife. I think that they could have chosen better colors, I am not a big fan of the orange, but I can see where the oranges is pretty functional.

The New Bear Grylls Parang Machete is inspired by a gift that Bear received from tribesman on one of his many adventures. Awesome Kit! I have been looking for one of these kits for my car and as a staple in my day pack. The Bear Grylls Ultimate Kit includes all the essentials that you would need in a survival situation in a neatly organized and compact package. The 15 piece kit includes a Gerber mini multi tool which I actually use ALL the time, the thing is the perfect size and really comes in handy. Some of the other items that are included are a a flint and steel, water proof matches, fishing line, hooks, hand saw, signalling mirror, flashlight and a survival blanket. What Knife Does Bear Grylls Use in Costa Rica and The Pacific Islands?
Bear uses the Titanium Pro Divers Knife in the pacific islanders episode. This is a great knife for kayaking, diving, boating or a plain old soaking wet environment. I live on the coast and I find that any time I am camping on a beach, river bed or in the pine barrens, I cannot use a folding knife. The sand and fine dirt always get in the hinge. No matter how careful I am.
