Marlon "learned how to express himself through art at an early age," his mother reminisces "I supported and encouraged him by framing his early childhood art and placing them on the living room mantel for family and friends to see." Although one of the most artistic students in his elementary classes he did not begin delving into art as a near all consuming passion until high school.

There he created some of the blue prints which manifested into original masterpieces in this present art collection. While still in high school Marlon started off with a bang in one of his first well know pieces called Theresa, which is a tribute to his long time friend. Also in high school Marlon painted Beautiful Tree. The original holds another style of art Marlon created to capture and separated color. It almost looks dream-like. This piece evolved out of an overwhelming need to express Marlon Beaver's gratitude toward a beloved friend, Theresa. She was fasicinated by his art designs. In hind site, Marlon realized the symbolic content related to this picture. The two distinctive pin strokes represents two individuals intertwined in an intense relationship. This picture is one of the most intense in the Sensational Art collection. Marlon was interested in creating a special Holiday gift. Bored out his mind in an English class Marlon needed to do something else to occupy his attention. Since Marlon sat in the corner of the class, where the teacher could not notice all he was doing, Marlon began to passionately working on this masterpiece. Everyday Marlon worked with a steady hand to create intricate designs. Marlon completed the piece 1 1/2 months later. Marlon saw a vision in his mind of this picture. This piece represents two individuals intertwined by love and companionship. This was his first attempt to intertwine to styles of pin strokes. This combination has proved to be very successful. It is mesmerizing eye catching. Marlon loves this piece so much. It has become such an inspiration to Marlon throughout the years. Marlon digitally enhanced and enlarged it to 24" X 36" from 8" 1/2 X 11" because Marlon wants it to take up a large portion on a wall. Marlon has gone through it once more with a special pin to enhance the quality of the picture to make it better than the original.
