The bedroom is one of the most popular rooms in the home that can start off being dull and boring but add a little paint to the walls, accessories and the perfect bedding and you will create a masterpiece. Not only should luxury bedding make your bedroom look great, it must also feel comfortable to sleep in.

Also, the bedroom is the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning and the last thing you see when you go to sleep at night. Not being happy with the decor of your bedroom can add stress to your life. Stress can cause lack of sleep. and we all know that lack of sleep can lead to health problems. In this lens, I will show different types of bedding. The beautiful pictures I will provide can maybe help give you ideas on how to decorate your bedroom or just make it something enjoyable to look at.

Down Comforters

A down comforter is the first thing I think of when it comes to comfort. Just imagine sleeping on a giant cloud. That is the feeling you get whenever you lay on a down comforter. Down comforters are not only used for warmth. The light weight down that is found in this type of bedding is very comfortable to sleep in. Which means that you do not have to live in a cold climate to own this luxury piece. When purchasing a down comforter, always make sure to pay close attention to these factors:

* Thread Count: Indicates how many threads are used in one square inch of fabric. The higher the thread count of a fabric, the softer the down comforter will feel. The ideal thread count would be higher than 200, perfect for a restless night.

*Fill Power: Indicates how fluffy the down comforter will be. A fill power of 500 or more is considered high quality material and indicates that the clusters of the down are large and strong.

* Baffle Box: Found only in quality down comforters. It is the square or diamond-shaped patterns sewed on the down comforter. They prevent the down from shifting around and clumping to one side or corner. This provides the best air flow.

Great lens with nice selections and helpful videos. The bed should look and feel lovely as well as comfortable to promote rest and relaxation.
