    Great lens!!! I love point #1 and it is so true. I found that out just writing about things I know. And then someone will comment and say I did not know this was good to help with that. We all are experts and we can learn and grow from something someone knows too. Thanks for stopping by my high heels lens and commenting. I really appreciate it and I have to go and check out some of your sewings lens too!!

    Wow, this is great! I particularly like point #1: "Realize that what you already know is valuable to others. Many times we believe that if we know something, everybody else must already know it."

    That's so true! And so easy to forget.... Thanks for this great lens ~ 5*, and I've lensrolled it to two of mine.

    Great lens..I agree that everybody has value..they just need to figure out what it is and believe in themselves. That's what happened with me and the preventative health series. Thanks for being an inspiration!
